so the astrum of the time I've had a
0:01
reboot whether you picked up the Cadia
0:03
stands box set or you just waiting for
0:05
them to be released separately there are
0:06
a lot of different regiments to pick
0:07
from do you do the box art or do you put
0:09
one of many varied ones don't worry in
0:10
this two-part series we'll be picking 10
0:13
different regiments so we're going to
0:14
start with the first five let's get
0:16
cracking so first up is the most noblest
0:19
of the noblest regiments the then
0:21
trillion Nobles my favorite chin chin
0:27
fairly Adam mustache not been great then
0:30
Trulia has a proud military culture with
0:32
a history of Julian that stretches back
0:34
to pre-imperial times and few then
0:37
trillion Nobles would risk the dishonor
0:39
of giving up their commissions
0:41
so this model has had a minor bit of Kit
0:43
bashing and that is simply using an ages
0:45
Sigma free Guild pistolier head and
0:47
Dagger
0:50
from a White Scar undercoat I'm going to
0:52
heavily apply Soul black gray all over
0:54
this is mostly for the trousers and the
0:56
gloves but as I'm covering it all over
0:58
it does add a little bit of extra
0:59
definition when you apply some of those
1:01
other contrasts later on
1:04
[Music]
1:06
next up is to neatly pick out the tunic
1:08
I'm going to be using sing Val Bergen
1:10
for this and if you do make any mistakes
1:11
you can always tidy back up with white
1:12
once you've done
1:15
foreign
1:17
[Music]
1:19
this is to pick out all the black
1:21
details that's boots armor and I'm using
1:24
this straight from the pot
1:27
[Music]
1:34
next up is to pick out the gold details
1:36
in here I'm going to be using AK bronze
1:38
and I know it's called bronze but it
1:40
looks gold so I'm going to use this for
1:42
picking out all the trim as well as the
1:44
gold details on the last weapons and
1:46
again if your trim's too chunky just
1:48
tidy back up with some black ninja
1:52
for any silver details I'm just going to
1:55
use AK oily Steel
2:00
now I'm going to use cation flesh for
2:02
any beard pistol grip or if your models
2:04
have them the rifle stock as well
2:10
next up is to wash over the brown the
2:12
black the tunic and any silver and gold
2:15
details now here I'm using black Legion
2:16
thinned out but if you've got norn oil
2:18
just use that instead
2:25
for the skin I'm going to use Rak off
2:26
flesh here and again you may need to
2:28
tight up that hair or his mustache if
2:30
you do splodge like I just did here and
2:32
then for the face to finish that off I'm
2:33
just going to apply and gun them in
2:34
flesh and this is two parts water to one
2:37
part golden flesh so at this point our
2:39
model is now ready for the table top so
2:40
all you need to do is base it if you
2:41
want to again I'm not going to go into
2:43
Basin you just pick whatever color
2:44
scheme that works for your collections
2:45
now if you want to add some extra
2:47
details to your ventrillion Nobles we're
2:49
going to move on to doing some
2:50
highlights so first up we're going to
2:52
use pink horror and this is to highlight
2:53
any ranged areas on his tunic
2:57
foreign
2:57
to make any white details look lovely
3:00
and bright we're just going to
3:01
re-highlight those up using Pro acryl
3:03
bold titanium use this on the feather
3:06
the trousers and the gloves
3:08
[Music]
3:10
then we're going to highlight the skin
3:11
using rack our flesh
3:14
[Music]
3:16
any black details I'm just going to
3:17
highlight those up with a bit of storm
3:18
vermic fur
3:21
[Music]
3:27
[Music]
3:29
so if any goal details using AK bronze
3:34
[Music]
3:36
and also do the same for any silver
3:38
details using oily Steel
3:41
now I'm going to apply a hard coat for
3:43
the armor for a nice glossy lacquered
3:46
look I like to thin this down for a
3:47
smoother finish and it still maintains a
3:49
nice gloss finish
3:52
there we are our Mighty eventually Noble
3:55
is now done and doesn't it look
3:57
beautiful so on to the next one the
3:59
necromonda eighth nicknamed the spiders
4:01
are a regiment from the high world of
4:03
necromunda they are called the spiders
4:05
due to the fact that the regiment
4:07
soldiers are drawn from necromonda's
4:09
spider Clan a powerful knuckle in the
4:11
gang famed throughout the sub sector for
4:13
its ferocity to reflect the neck of
4:15
under spider's Heritage what I've done
4:17
here is used a head from The Hive scum
4:19
set from necromonda and just stuck it on
4:21
my Astra militant body from a great sit
4:23
undercoat what we're now going to do is
4:25
use black Legion this is for all the
4:26
black details of the boots the armor and
4:28
the tiger stripes you can always tidy up
4:30
your stripes at the tooth thick with
4:31
some great seat after
4:33
[Music]
4:40
the leather pouches and the backpack I'm
4:42
just going to pick those out with more
4:44
than brown
4:47
[Music]
4:49
any silver details I'm going to be using
4:51
AK oily steel again
4:54
[Music]
4:59
the gold details which is most of the
5:01
belt buckle and the eagle on the helmet
5:03
I'm going to be using AK bronze
5:05
then it's a matter of picking out the
5:06
skin using rack off flesh
5:10
I'm now going to coat over that with two
5:12
Thin coats I've got a little bit of
5:13
Flesh so again two parts water to one
5:16
part flesh
5:17
I'll just do that twice so once it's dry
5:18
do a second coat
5:20
for the hair I'm going to use a nice
5:22
bright color again for that Heritage of
5:24
necaunder and I'm going to use AK mint
5:26
green and with thin this down that
5:28
really helps that hair pop and give you
5:29
some extra highlights
5:31
and then for the markings which is going
5:33
to be on the helmet and the chest panel
5:34
I'm going to use avaland sunset
5:37
and it didn't make any mistakes should
5:38
tied it back up with black if you need
5:39
to then it's a case of drenching the
5:42
model in known oil except for the skin
5:44
and the hair
5:48
so at this point our model is a tabletop
5:50
standard so you could just leave it this
5:52
base it and crack on or you can move to
5:54
the next step and add some highlights so
5:56
the first thing I'm going to do for our
5:57
highlighting is just to tidy the cloth
5:59
with some grease here so this is like
6:00
picking out any bits that look a bit
6:01
messy and also picking out those edges
6:04
[Music]
6:06
highlight the armo using Stone them in
6:08
Fair I'm going to do little jaggedy
6:09
chips here as well so it looks a bit
6:11
battered
6:13
[Music]
6:18
tidy back up the leather using more and
6:20
Fang Brown again just add a bit more
6:22
punch
6:24
[Music]
6:29
add a bit more punch to the Yellow by
6:31
just tidying back up with Avalon sunset
6:35
now for the skin what we're going to do
6:36
here is just re-highlight that back and
6:38
rack our flesh it might look quite Stark
6:40
to start off with but what we're going
6:41
to do is once we've done that is apply a
6:43
thin down coat we've got them in flesh
6:45
just to tone it back and to finish off
6:46
our neck of London spider what we're
6:48
going to do is just thin down some mint
6:49
green so it's like two parts water to
6:51
one part paint and apply this around
6:53
that scalp just so it looks like a cool
6:56
shaved head effect
6:58
[Music]
7:00
now we have our neckermann spider is
7:02
completed so what we're going to do now
7:04
is move on to a modern Iron Guard
7:07
the Morty knowing god is the superbly
7:10
drilled Regiment of the high world of
7:11
mordion in battle these highly
7:13
disciplined soldiers present perfectly
7:15
formed ranks of troops to the enemy
7:17
unleashing precisely time volleys and
7:19
last fire
7:21
although I've not actually kit match
7:23
this model what I've done is I've used
7:24
all the forage capsule of flat caps from
7:27
the actual candy stand boxer in that set
7:29
you get 16 of those heads so you could
7:31
actually make a squad and a half or
7:33
squad on the command Squad but they've
7:34
also brought out all going to be
7:35
bringing out while the top of this video
7:37
is out a upgrade set which adds another
7:39
seven or so so actually with a few bare
7:42
heads you can do two squads of two
7:44
looks great and they're not exactly the
7:46
peak caps but they look fine they'll do
7:49
the job
7:54
after a gray undercoat here we've used
7:56
mechanica standard gray what I'm going
7:57
to do here is get rack off flesh and dry
7:59
brush that all over this is going to
8:01
give me a bit of a pre-highlight before
8:02
I apply some contrasts
8:06
and we're apply it is Storm feed and
8:08
this is for the dark blue tunic
8:12
[Music]
8:17
and after that I'm going to pick out the
8:18
light blue trousers and for this I'll be
8:20
using Frost heart again you can see
8:21
those highlights punching through
8:24
for any silver details including the
8:26
helm and the armor with these guys I'm
8:27
going to be using AK oily Steel
8:30
[Music]
8:35
then for any black details I'll be using
8:36
black Legion so that's the boots any
8:38
straps as well as the actual gun casing
8:43
[Music]
8:46
then for all the red details such as the
8:48
red piping collars and cuffs we're going
8:50
to be using methistan red
8:53
[Music]
9:05
thank you
9:07
gold details using AK bronze
9:10
[Music]
9:21
and again if you don't have any known
9:23
oil just get some black Legion thin it
9:25
down and apply it all over the metals
9:27
and the dark blue tunic
9:28
foreign
9:37
flesh because I've already drivers for
9:39
that and then a couple of coats of thin
9:41
down Gundam flesh
9:42
[Music]
9:44
a Morty line guard is now ready for the
9:47
table top and ready to play games
9:48
however you want to take it to the next
9:50
step or for your sergeants we're gonna
9:51
move on to some highlights now first up
9:53
is to highlight the tunic and for this
9:54
I'm going to be using a late talk blue
9:58
and to highlight any black leather
9:59
details I'm using storm vim and fur here
10:01
again if you make any of those lines a
10:03
bit too wibbly wobbly just get some
10:04
black Legion and tidy back up
10:07
foreign
10:09
[Music]
10:14
because that shade has obviously knocked
10:16
it back a tad so I'm just going to tidy
10:18
back up with my fist in red let me pick
10:21
out some highlights on the flesh using
10:22
rack off flesh
10:25
[Music]
10:27
and then add a little bit more punch to
10:29
our Silvers we will just go back over
10:31
those with some AK oily Steel
10:34
[Music]
10:36
well three down
10:38
two more to go in this video and then
10:40
another five after that in part two but
10:43
we're getting through there got any
10:44
favorites yet I know I have the fresh
10:46
grenades are a regiment that hail from
10:48
the war torn text lungs of rash a strong
10:50
and violent gang called to prevails this
10:52
shift in woodscape and its Warriors
10:54
quickly learned to be cunning in combat
10:56
and to follow the orders of their
10:57
leaders this game also doubles up for
11:00
the savlog chem dog so if you want an R
11:02
to paint those just follow this
11:04
[Music]
11:07
starting from Sandra dust all I'm going
11:09
to do here is get some Screaming School
11:11
Heavenly drivers start over to give me a
11:13
pre-highlight
11:15
then it's applying serving sepia all
11:17
over it's mainly for the cloth but it's
11:19
just a lot easier if you fly all over
11:25
then to pick out that nice armor we'll
11:28
be using Thunderhawk blue and here you
11:30
might want to do a couple of coats just
11:31
to give it a bit of decent coverage
11:34
foreign
11:36
[Music]
11:41
details that's the leather boots and
11:43
also gun casing when we're using black
11:45
Legion
11:46
[Music]
11:55
pick out those silver details using 8K
11:58
or you Steel
12:03
any goal details will be using AK bronze
12:05
again
12:07
for the flash here I'm using blood
12:08
Reaver flesh now I'm going to get good
12:10
with flesh first of all we're going to
12:11
use it neat from the pot for the skin
12:12
and thin it down and applies to the
12:14
armor this will give it a nice warm
12:16
effect in those recesses
12:18
[Music]
12:24
and if you don't have any normal oil you
12:26
can just thin down with some black
12:27
Legion and apply that as a wash for
12:30
things like the metals and the golds
12:31
there we are our fresh Grenadier is now
12:33
tabletop ready and ready to blast some
12:35
baddies but stick around if you want to
12:37
get some highlights on them as well our
12:38
first highlight is screaming skill and
12:40
that is just for the cloth
12:42
foreign
12:44
[Music]
12:53
market and for this we're using bold
12:55
titanium white but any white will do
13:02
then I'm going to tidy up the armor
13:03
using Thunderhawk blue and at this point
13:05
I'll also add some chips into that white
13:07
marking to make it look a bit more
13:08
weathered
13:12
then it's over to highlighting the skin
13:13
first of all I'm just going to tidy back
13:15
up with some lovely for flesh
13:16
and then for some extra highlights I'm
13:18
going to mix in some Screaming School
13:20
into blood River flesh 50 50. there's a
13:23
nice highlight
13:25
[Music]
13:28
well fresh Grenadier is now done so that
13:30
is four down got one more to go for part
13:32
one so we move it on to a miasmine red
13:35
cowl the my husband red cows are a
13:37
regiment hailing from the interlocking
13:38
space station networks that surround the
13:40
gas giant miasma 16. they are known for
13:43
their fierce green fire that spouts on
13:45
their flame weapons it's also quite
13:47
stinky hence the gas masks the red cows
13:50
are often placed on the front line where
13:51
they burn a path through the foe to
13:53
create room for their allies for a
13:55
simple kit bash here our red cow has had
13:57
a head swap and what we've done here is
13:58
use an adeptus mechanicus guitari Ranger
14:00
head which fits perfectly
14:05
from a great undercoat here I've used
14:07
mechanica standard gray I'm going to
14:08
drive a shaver with rak-off flesh again
14:10
this is just a pre-highlight before we
14:12
start applying any contrasts our first
14:15
color which is for the red cow and is
14:16
red tunic I'm going to be using ball red
14:18
slightly thinning this down and apply
14:20
that over
14:23
foreign
14:25
[Music]
14:34
then for any leather pouches including
14:36
the rucksack and we're using mornfang
14:38
Braille
14:43
next up is using AK or you steel and
14:45
that's for any silver details that's the
14:47
gas mask and things like on the gun
14:50
[Music]
14:56
if any gold details say belt buckle and
14:58
Imperial Eagle if you've got any we'll
15:00
use AK bronze
15:02
and for the skin which is mainly the
15:04
gloves and the trousers I'm going to be
15:05
base coating those with rack our flesh
15:07
[Music]
15:11
then we'll apply all over with normal
15:13
oil apart from the skin
15:15
[Music]
15:17
and then finish off using government
15:19
flash just for his hands and add a bit
15:21
of punch to the gold as well if you want
15:23
to do that
15:24
and there we are our miasmine red cowl
15:26
is now ready for that table top again it
15:28
just needs Basin but stick around if you
15:30
want to see how we highlight them all so
15:32
the first thing to do is highlight that
15:33
red and for this we'll be using wild
15:35
Rider red which gives it a nice bit of
15:37
punch
15:38
[Music]
15:46
then tidy back up those leather bits
15:48
using moonfang brown again just gives it
15:50
a nice highlight as well and to
15:52
highlight any black leather details I'm
15:54
using storm vim and fur here again if
15:56
you make any of those lines a bit too
15:57
wibbly wobbly just get some black Legion
15:59
and tidy back up and then I'm just going
16:01
to gently highlight the skin
16:03
and also highlight the trousers and both
16:05
of these we're using rack off flesh
16:10
and then add a little bit more punch to
16:12
our Silvers we will just go back over
16:14
those with some AK oily Steel
16:19
foreign
16:21
Red Cow finished part one is done so
16:24
part two will be available at some point
16:26
