Dreo Smart Oscillating Tower Fan App Setup

Hey everyone, today in this video I'm going to show you how to set up and connect your Dreyo

Smart Fan with the Dreyo app available for free for iOS and Android devices. Now let's go ahead

let's get this set up. First thing you have to do is get out your mobile device, search your app

store for the Dreyo app, get that app downloaded, then sign in or create an account and we'll be

able to finish getting this set up. So here's a look at the main home screen for the Dreyo app

Yours will look a little bit different if you don't already have any devices set up and added

to the app. You should have a big blue plus icon in the center of your screen. In my case

to add a new device, we have to select the plus icon in the top right-hand corner. It's going to

look for nearby devices. And in this case, you'll see we have a couple different options here. So

we want to go ahead and choose the Nomad 1S. And we're going to be prompted to hold down this button

for five seconds for the Wi-Fi. There we go. Just beep, the Wi-Fi indicator is blinking. Now we're

going to the next screen where we need to choose our local Wi-Fi network. Make sure your network

that you're going to connect to is a 2.4 gigahertz Wi-Fi network. It will only work with a 2.4

gigahertz network. Now go ahead, select connect, and you'll see it's going to work on connecting

to the device. First, it's going to start with the router, then the device, and then their IoT

service right here. This is going very, very quickly. Look at that. So less than like 10

Now we can name it. We're going to leave it at that, select done

And now we're taken to the device on our home screen. So let's dive into the device details

First up, you'll see clickable image at the top where we can view all of our settings

but we have to turn the fan on first. So we just did that Here our control settings choose the mode that you want You can manually adjust the fan speed Four all the way down to one Turn the oscillation on or off right there Just the toggle of the button Panel sound So we just turn that

off and now you see as we cycle through the different settings, it's not gonna

make any noise. Pretty cool. Turn that back on. Then our display auto off. We can

enable or disable that. Temperature unit, pick and choose what you prefer. So that's going to be our

fan settings. Then you'll notice same settings can be reached right there on the right side

We also have this little clock option. We can set a timer. So up to eight hours, it looks like

Timer on or off. We can view our room temp here. We can set a schedule. So if you want to add a

schedule, do you want it on or off? And what's the period of time? Which days of the week do you want

to repeat. All that can be done right from within the mobile app. Next, you'll see we have our

settings here where we can share our device with friends or family. So take a look at that if you

want to invite users. We can view our network information and firmware updates. So in this case

we can update our firmware. So be sure to do that. Manual FAQ section. Then we have our voice

controls. If you want to use Amazon or Google, just select that. It goes through all the different

commands for you on or off change mode, change speed oscillation. So you can connect your account right there within the app

Same for Google. There's all of your commands. Very similar depending on the service you want

And then lastly in red, you could delete the device from your account

So very simple intuitive app with a lot of controls right at her fingertips
