Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and Kamala Harris
0:05
wants to harken back to the dark, dismal days of segregation and separate laws for white
0:11
and black people. Oh yeah. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe
0:18
Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow, and
0:22
guys if you are not watching us on YouTube, it assists us so much if you do that, so please
0:27
go to that address in the lower right hand corner, it's youtube.com forward slash at
0:32
explain america, hit subscribe absolutely free, it really helps us out. A new video, well it's an old video, but newly uncovered, unearthed as they say, video of
0:44
Kamala Harris speaking to a group of black people, activists, has shown its face on the
0:52
internet and in this video, these guys who are obviously radicals, obviously radicals
0:59
like Kamala Harris is a radical, they're talking about what their people have been through
1:05
for 400 years, and of course, it's true. There was slavery, there was Jim Crow laws, there was redlining, if you don't know about
1:15
redlining look it up, it's horrible, and you know, all these horrible things that happened
1:20
I agree. They happened to black people in this country and it is horrific
1:26
Now my solution to that is more equality, is I think we're in a state where we don't
1:32
even need more, I think we're there, okay? I think that people are keeping racism alive, people like Kamala Harris are keeping it alive
1:41
because they profit from it, because they gain power from it, pitting one against the other
1:46
Well this group suggested that there be separate laws for black and white people, yeah, and
1:54
Kamala Harris, an elected official with the United States government, instead of saying well that would be unequal, that would be unfair, that would bring us back to where
2:00
we started, we don't want that, you know, how you get to where we want to be is you
2:05
treat everybody the same. She doesn't see it that way, she agreed with them
2:11
She agreed with them that there should be separate laws for white and black people
2:16
My mind was shaken by this, I couldn't believe what I was hearing when I saw this
2:22
Again this is not just somebody off the beaten path, this is an elected official with the
2:27
United States government, hearkening back to the darkest days of this country when there
2:31
were separate laws for white and black people. It's absolutely shameful. I want you to watch this video, it's very short, and then let me know what you think
2:40
in the comments. And we're talking about specifically something that happened to black people here in America
2:47
So we have to be specifically targeting to help those people, because if we put those
2:52
people in a position, and everybody know the history, everybody understands the history
2:56
of America. That's right. America, you did this to these people. You should write laws for these people
3:04
Don't group us in with everybody, because everybody, it didn't happen to everybody
3:08
But let's be fair, we're playing from behind the eight ball, we're way back there, 400
3:13
years back there. We're not asking you all to give us nothing, we're asking you to write the law, those of
3:18
us who are willing and able to do the work, we'll do the work
3:22
That's right. That's what we need. That's right
