'Off The Ballot' - Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Deals Vicious Blow To Biden

for people who want Trump off the ballot at the Supreme Court and it might be an even worse day

So today the state of Colorado went before the Supreme Court and they tried to argue

that they were correct in removing Trump from the ballot and they accused him of course of being an

insurrectionist, taking part in an insurrection and this is a monumental case. So of course the

pro-Trump attorneys they argued that this was it's not even in the 14th amendment the office

of the presidency is not even mentioned in the 14th amendment. What I found really interesting

was that there were liberal Supreme Court justices like Ketanji Jackson Brown and

Elena Kagan who were like this this is really dangerous we're talking about here and you know

this is not really something that can be done and it looks like I mean CNN was even reporting

that it looks like there's going to be an eight to one or a nine zero most likely a nine zero

decision in favor of Trump here and the reason is plenty but the reason is what did we do to

our democracy you say you want to save democracy you're removing people from the ballots and like

Ketanji Brown Jackson said she said you know why would we if there's ambiguity in the language of

the amendment why would we side against democracy instead of for democracy for democracy meaning

leaving Trump on the ballot so it was not a good day for them in the Supreme Court but like I said

it would be even worse for Joe Biden because conservative justice Samuel Alito basically

laid out the case to keep Joe Biden off the ballot in other words if you're able to keep

Trump off the ballot then why can't we keep Joe Biden off the ballot for these reasons and he gave

the reasons and he's talking about Iran here I want you to know that in case there's any ambiguity

he's talking about Iran and the monies we released to Iran so I want you to watch this video I want

you to hear Alito's argument and then I really want you to give me your thoughts on this because

I think there's a stronger case to leave Biden off the ballot than there is for Trump but I want
