Hunter Biden Smacked Down By Federal Judge - He Is Devasted

Now, the first son, he's dealing with a lot of problems right now

He's got the ongoing tax case and the gun charge and a lot of, you know

appearances before Congress for his dad's impeachment inquiry. It's been a legal nightmare

Now, in the same way that I believe a lot of stuff is happening to former

president Donald Trump because of politics, I believe a lot of stuff is

happening to Hunter Biden because of politics. I do believe that there is a push to get him because he's the son of the president

I believe that. And I think we'd be lying if we said there wasn't

But would he have skated on these charges if he wasn't a Biden to begin with

That's also probably correct. He wouldn't have. So, you know, now he goes to court and he makes the case that, you know

this is just a political witch hunt. Well, no, it's not just a political witch hunt

I agree with you, Mr. Biden. I believe politics is involved here

Absolutely. It was involved when you skate it with a slap on the wrist and it's involved now

that the slap on the wrist has been pulled back and you have to face your crimes

Both of those things are true. At the same time, you did commit the crimes

That's also true. And that doesn't make you a bad person. I don't think that you should have, you know, a super punishment because you're

the son of the president. I think you should be treated like everybody else

When he went to court, his lawyers argued, hey, look, this is just a political

witch hunt, just a political witch hunt. Well, no, it's not. There's a crime there

And the judge, according to all reports from people in the court, he was unmoved

by that argument. Didn't believe it. Didn't buy it. Didn't believe it at all. Sorry about that, Hunter

But, you know, look, you did an actual crime, bro. This is what happens

Take care, everybody. Hunter Biden's lawyer, Abby Lowell, in court today. Hunter's lawyer in court saying, you know, court tossed out Hunter's one point four

million dollar tax evasion charge. It's a total of nine tax felony and misdemeanor charges, not paying on time, not

even filing tax returns on time. But he's saying Hunter saying this is just a political attack from people who hate

his father. Really? You know, it's sort of amazing that, you know, the people who tried to hide this

repeatedly and tried to make it go away didn't succeed. So somehow it's political

The fact is, if somebody deliberately made tens of millions of dollars, flowed them

through to friends and family and and including people who last named Biden by

using a myriad of shell corporations and then never reported it, they would go to

jail, period. And yes, all their assets would be confiscated of the extended family

Nothing like that is happening. He's simply being asked to pay a fine that somebody else apparently has loaned him

the money, expecting it never to be paid back. And then he wants to say it's political
