BREAKING: Trump Facing 5 - 20 Years In Georgia Case - Prosecutor Makes Unprecedented Move

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and we have a massive

bombshell in the Georgia case against President Donald Trump that could see him facing the

Folks, this is the opinion part that I'm going to give you right up front and I have to say

for legal reasons, this is just my layman's opinion, I have no legal training, just my

layman's opinion. This is getting ridiculous. They want this man in prison for the rest of his life

They want this man to die in prison and in my opinion, it's all for the major crime he

committed and that was winning the 2016 presidential election. That is what I believe they want their revenge for

That he didn't play along with the system. That he wasn't a good boy and didn't do his puppet stuff that a lot of presidents do

He didn't do that for them. He didn't let them run roughshod over us for four years and they want him to pay for that

And now I'll get to the non-opinion part. Reports indicate now that Georgia's Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis is

seeking racketeering charges against the former president. Racketeering. RICO charges. You understand if you've watched The Sopranos or any type of gangster show like that, RICO

is traditionally saved for cases like that. You're talking about mafia families, drug dealing organizations, things of that nature

But in Georgia, the RICO statute is so expansive, so expansive, that it's pretty easy actually

to apply. Georgia's need two criminal activities that they're charging that they believe they can prove

One of those in this case would be the call to Brad Raffensperger

He was the Georgia Secretary of State at the time where Trump said, quote, find me this

many votes. Now, in my opinion, I would argue that what Trump was saying was, I believe these votes exist

I need you to find them. Not go ahead and make up this many votes

But the prosecution will likely argue that Trump was saying, I need you to make up this

many votes, make it happen. That's going to be, I believe, their argument

And because he maybe talked to witnesses in the case and they would say tampered, well

then that's the second charge. And they can fold that into a RICO case

And the punishment for RICO in Georgia is five to 20 years behind bars

Fulton County is not Trump country. It is not MAGA country. This is not likely to be a friendly jury to him

But what I'm most deeply concerned about, folks, is that you have the New York case

which is flimsy and should be an easy win for Trump, but it's New York

Then you have the Florida case with the classified documents. Again, I think that's flimsy

I think he will win that case. Then you have the D.C. case, which is going to be based on January 6th

A D.C. jury, I find it hard to believe he would beat that case

And I find it hard to believe he would beat a Fulton County case. Again, these are, it has nothing to do with the law

These are not friendly jury pools when you look at the demographics of these places and

see how they vote. So when you look at the voting that takes place in these places where the trials are

being held, not very friendly to Trump. Very concerning. And as I've said to you in a previous video, the unfortunate part is what could happen

is they can get a conviction, right or wrong, they can get a conviction before the election

and we would have no candidate for the 2024 presidential election of the Republican Party

So these are dangerous times we're living in and this is a dangerous situation
