Bombshell!! - Fani Willis Facing JAIL - She Must Recuse Now

to grow. You know at this point I don't know if I think Fannie Willis is just dirty, you know

scheming, conniving kind of attorney or if she's just incompetent. I don't know. I haven't decided

what I think it is but it's very obvious that something is amiss here. She has just been caught

in a wiretap scheme where she recorded a phone call between herself and Harrison Floyd's attorney

Harrison Floyd the only black man on trial with Donald Trump in the Rico case in Georgia

Also the only one who was kept behind bars without bail for a few days. Interesting. That being said

she was talking to his attorney and wiretapping it. Well he's in Maryland. Now Georgia

in Georgia you only have to have one party on the call that knows that you're recording. But in

Maryland you have to have both parties consent. That's something that had to be disclosed to his

attorney and was not. Now Harrison Floyd, not Harrison Ford, Harrison Floyd is saying in a tweet

he said look I'm willing to press every charge I have to. He goes I don't want to see her in jail

but if I have to I have to. If she doesn't recuse herself from the case I'm prepared to take legal

action. I want you to watch this report on it and then I want to let you want you to let me know

get a court hearing rather quickly on this. Let me turn now to Fawny Willis. She has a new

interesting problem. I might say interesting very lightly. She taped someone and apparently

people are saying it was illegal what she did. Tell me what she did or is accused of rather

Yeah accused of. Correct. Harrison Floyd who is one of the Trump defendants in the Rico case

You'll recall Greta that he had a legal matter up in Maryland where he was accused of assaulting I

believe it was an FBI agent. And so when Fawny Willis was talking to the lawyer for Harrison

Floyd who was located in the state of Maryland, according to the report today, she recorded that

phone call. Now my understanding of Georgia law is that if you're calling someone within the state

of Georgia, all you need is one party consent. But if that phone call goes outside of the state

then the more aggravating of the two laws applies. And Maryland might require that

Yeah. Well Maryland does require two parties. You can't do a sneaky tape. You can't do a sneaky

tape of someone in Maryland. In fact those of us who are old enough remember I think it was Linda Tripp during the Clinton era. I think she was taping herself into quite a fix. But you know

how did they find out that she taped anybody and why was she taping the lawyer

Well those are great questions that we certainly need to find out. I mean

just think about it this way. Even if it was perfectly legal, why would a grown lawyer

record a phone call with another grown lawyer? I mean that is not how professionals act. And what

we continue to come back to as it relates to Fawny Willis is her constant unprofessional

behavior. Whether it's out in public giving speeches or whether it's her demeanor inside

of the courtroom or her judgment on who she chooses to prosecute the former president of

the United States. It is all this repetitive constant drumbeat of unprofessionalism from

Fawny Willis. Colton County deserves better. And she's always the victim. And of course I'm still

waiting for an investigation. I don't know what happened. There ought to be an investigation whether she and Nathan Wade committed perjury. I don't know if they did. But the rest of us
