Blockbuster Ruling - Judge Rocks Trump - Stormy Daniels Case

the Donald Trump Stormy Daniels case brought by Alvin Bragg has just issued a massive decision

Now former President Donald Trump has said he's not getting a fair shake from Judge

Mershawn and well he's just got fuel added to his fire in that argument

See the judge in the case issued a massive decision this week, well actually just yesterday

and it really changes the complexion of the entire case. The judge decided that Trump could not attack certain people in the case

He couldn't say negative things about certain people in the case. Now excluded from this are the judge himself and District Attorney Alvin Bragg but virtually

everybody else involved with the case including the judge's daughter is now off limits for

Donald Trump to talk about. A lot of people including myself believe this is a violation of his First Amendment rights

but you guys know me, I'm of the school of thought that every gag order is a violation

of one's First Amendment rights. Now how this affects the case going forward, that we don't know but we're kind of going

to get an idea about it because just this morning Trump retweeted or retruthed I should

say a post about Judge Mershawn's daughter, a video about her from Fox News

Now is that him violating the gag order? I think they can make that argument

So now what's the punishment going to be? Could it be jail

Could it be time behind bars for Trump? Could it be another massive fine

Take care everybody. For Trump's legal team, overnight the judge in his criminal hush money trial slapped the

former president with an expanded gag order saying his rhetoric is a very real threat

Last week he was barred from talking about potential witnesses and now the order has

been widened to stop him from attacking family members of the judge and the Manhattan DA

The judge's daughter has been a main target for Trump on social media attacking her by

name several times. CNN's Steve Contorno is joining us now. President Trump going back on the trail today

These rallies have really been a place for him to go wild against the legal system

What do you think he's going to do? How will he handle this today? Do you think that the gag order potentially he will break it

Sarah, we know that the purpose of these events in Michigan and in Wisconsin is to get him

in front of voters and talk about issues that his campaign believes will be factors in the

November election, especially immigration and public safety. In fact, his speech in Michigan is being marketed as a remarks about the US southern border

But to your point, you know, you attend these Trump rallies and they often go on

He speaks for sometimes 90 minutes and there is a large section of that speech that is

often dedicated to attacking the judicial system, the judges, the prosecutors who are

going after him. For example, I was recently in Rome, Georgia. During his remarks there, he spent quite a bit of time attacking D.A

Fonny Willis there and the case against him in Georgia. And we have

So so I would expect that he will continue to find ways to continue that kind of line

of remarks and those kind of line of attacks, maybe still being careful not to go against
