Biden Classified Doc Scandal Explodes - White House Gets Devastating News

The Biden classified document scandal has just taken an interesting twist and it's one

the president's not going to like. We're going to get to that in just a second, but before we start, please make sure you

the conservative news to the people who need it most. So for starters, John Lausch, a Trump appointee, someone who was appointed by President Donald

Trump, has been tapped by Attorney General Merrick Garland to head the investigation

into the classified documents that were found in Biden's private university office

Now, these documents are said to have information on Ukraine, Iran, the United Kingdom, foreign

policy information. We don't know exactly what the documents are. We don't know how serious they are, but we do know they are classified documents

And suddenly the same people who want President Donald Trump behind bars, they want him in

prison for those classified documents. Suddenly they have a world of excuses

Now, granted, these situations are not the same in a number of ways

Trump did argue against sending the documents back to the National Archives

These people did send the documents back right away as soon as they discovered them

Here's the problem. Trump's documents were out of the White House for a year or two

Biden's documents have been out of the White House for about seven years

That's a major difference that the major media doesn't want to talk about

Trump's situation was handled quickly. It was also handled with a raid on his property

No such raid ever happened to Hillary Clinton. No such raid happened this time to President Joe Biden

So it's hard for people to wrap their minds around it when they say there's not a double

standard, when there's not two sets of rules. Classified documents are classified documents

End of story. They don't belong in any other space other than the places that are deemed safe for classified documents

So I've heard the argument, well, he had them in a locked box and stored. That doesn't matter

That area was not deemed appropriate for classified documents. So it doesn't matter where he had them

He could have them in a filing cabinet. He could have had them lining his birdcage

He could have had them locked tightly and securely with armed Pinkerton guards. It wouldn't matter

They were not in an area deemed appropriate for classified documents. They were not supposed to be where they were

End of story. End of story. And on that, it is very similar

Biden also has the problem of facing a Republican Congress. But more than that, several political and legal experts have weighed in and they believe

because ultimately of a special counsel investigating Trump's situation, you have somebody else

investigating Biden's situation. They believe Merrick Garland, who tries to stay very apolitical

He's very known for that. He doesn't want to get involved in the politics and he doesn't want to have the appearance

of getting involved in the politics. Most of those experts are saying Garland will not charge Trump or indict Trump, even if

he was inclined to before this. He didn't want to break the precedent already of indicting a former president

He really didn't want to do it from what people are saying. And now with this, it's almost impossible for him to indict one person and give the

other person a pass and not have absolute chaos. This is a major gift to President Donald Trump

And I think all in all, though, people need to start being a lot more careful with classified documents

I think three major presidential contenders have all mishandled classified documents. That needs to stop
