Merrick Garland has been held in contempt of Congress, but Merrick Garland's Justice

Department, well they decided they weren't going to prosecute their boss. Big shocker there, right

Even after prosecuting Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for the exact same thing, they're

not going to prosecute Merrick Garland because it's rules for thee and not for me

But that's not the end of it because Anna Paulina Luna, a beautiful representative

very smart woman, she introduced a resolution that would actually be called imminent contempt

It hasn't been used in almost a century, but imminent contempt would mean the House

Sergeant at Arms puts the handcuffs on Merrick Garland and brings him to court and he's

under arrest until he produces the audio from the Robert Herr, Special Counsel Robert Herr

investigation with President Biden. For some reason, it seems the White House and the Department of Justice do not want

us to hear how the President sounded in these audio tapes. These audio tapes, they might be the most important thing of this election because it

appears if you don't want us to hear them that much, there's got to be something on them you don't want us to hear

So now, like I said, Garland could be arrested and James Comer was talking about it today

the former Special Counsel Robert Herr. She told Attorney General Merrick Garland that if he does not comply with the subpoena

by tomorrow, Republicans will vote to have the house sergeant at arms, bring him into custody

Come on, Mr. Chairman, are you really going to bring the attorney general into custody

Well, that's Anna Luna's idea. I think we've got a good case in court

The reason I think we're in a good standing in court is because the Associated Press and

CNN and The Washington Post and several other media outlets are also suing for the release

of the tape. So we've got a good standing in court. I don't think this inherent contempt thing is necessary

I will vote for it, but I don't think it's necessary. I don't think anyone understands how it's going to work

The last time it was used, members of Congress rode horses to this building where I am right now

So I think that we've got a good standing in court now. We've held him in contempt the right way

And hopefully we'll win in court because we've got the mainstream media on our side for once. Wow
