Lao Tzu once said: A leader is best when people barely know he exist. When his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say, we did it ourselves. This quote very much guides my work. I'm not the hero of my clients or the hero. I am a guide along their journey. My goal is to listen. I do a lot of work serving the community, whether it is, the president of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, Chair of the Legal Committee of state level, serving on numerous non profits, the goal is to serve, the goal is to get back, the goal is to listen and find a way to improve these organizations.
