Know Thyself

Reflecting on a recent trip to London, it’s clear that the most significant travels aren't always about the sights you see, but the internal shifts that happen along the way. Spending five days immersed in a course called "Know Thyself" was an intentional pause to focus on some of the deep, foundational questions of existence. We so often get caught up in the "what" of our daily lives while neglecting the "why." This experience was about moving past the surface to understand my why. Mark Twain said the two most significant moments of a persons life is the moment they are born and the moment they figure out why. No one says on their deathbed that they wish they made more money or worked harder at their job. People regret the challenges that they did not accept and the connections that they missed making. Whether it's through study, travel, or connection, the goal remains the same: Self-Mastery.
