I Don't Just Write Offers

So often people think that my job is to open doors and write offers. That's a very small piece of what I do, really my goal is to listen intently, analyze data, strategize, help people negotiate, and get people to and often far beyond where they want to go. Buying and selling is personal, financial, and most often emotional. My job is to help navigate that journey as seamlessly as possible. So often my clients get to the finish line, get to that close, and then they say, wow, that seems so easy, and I know how much work it happen in the back end for seeing things before they happen, and making sure that it was as smooth as possible.
