Quick CBT Technique For Anxiety Caused By Thoughts (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Stop Binge Eating)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is really great for mental and emotional struggles where ‘thinking’ is the core problem.
For example, in depression a core problem is ‘rumination’ where someone thinks all day about how they failed and how bad things are.

While there are many CBT techniques, I find this particular line of questioning to be useful:
1. Understand how when fear sets in, limits your perspective
2. Get calm, ask:
- What is it I am afraid of happening?
- What are the odds of this bad happening?
- Is this true across all circumstances?
