Calcium rich Home made Health Mix
✨It's a tedious process, but worth making
✅Ingredients: Sprouted Ragi. Almond, dates powder.
✅Making Ragi sprouts:
Clean the ragi under thorough running water and soak in clean water in a bowl soaked for 10-12 hours. Once they double their size , put them in a muslin/ kitchen cloth and tie the knot. Put it in warm corner of kitchen for at least 2-3 days in warm weather until long sprouts are produced
✅They needed treatment with turmeric water and after thorough washing, dry them under direct sunlight. Once they get crisp, grind them in mixture grinder.
✅Mix the roasted almond powder, dates powder to it to make a calcium and healthy fat rich health mix.
✅It can be used for making porridges, pancakes , cheela parathas, chapattis and what not.
