all right what's up BMX nerds so we've got another video today going back breaking down
0:06
just reacting to some of the craziest clips we saw this week as always the writers in these clips
0:13
are linked below in the description if you want to show them some love these guys are crazy and
0:18
this is some impressive stuff this week so let's just let's just jump right into it the first thing
0:23
here you I'm sure you saw this um R.I.P. Willie he got hurt doing this but like oh my god check this
0:30
out this is absolute this is so crazy we were he flipped one of those bikes I guess he said he
0:38
separated his shoulder on this this was the first show of the tour the Nitro Circus guys they really
0:43
stepped it up this year like this tour looks insane I don't know what's going on but the fact
0:48
that he flipped that ridiculous we were talking about it in one of my live streams like a year
0:54
ago they're like you should get a penny farthing and do a tail up on it i'm like ha ha like what
0:58
who even rides those things you know and then and then that so that just i don't i don't know about all that classic eric elstrand do it who
1:11
even thinks this stuff like who sees a pole and thinks all right yeah just hop up on there push
1:16
my i tried to do this on a rock last week and i slipped off it's not even not even remotely
1:22
doable this is hard hop up precision put your foot on there and then he's like oh yeah while
1:27
i'm spinning i'll just throw a bar spin in here and they what really impressed me about this is
1:33
the not not just the creativity but how clean he did it he made this look so clean just pop boom
1:38
right in there that's crazy jeremy malott trying to flip over these these vehicles
1:45
somebody in the comments said that all of these are his i i have a hard time like bro hasn't been
1:52
on monster that long i have a heart i mean maybe maybe they are i feel like the last one is
1:57
definitely his you know but they can't there's no way that it's all of them and that's also crazy to
2:03
think like he thought he could do it what is that four cars like some evil knievel stuff
2:10
three trucks in a car and cased it big case big dent but he looks like he's fine
2:16
this is a throwback i saw this a while ago but this is crazy jacob theme is so underrated just okay what got me on that one is how clean that that foot jam or that tail whip to foot jam is the rest of this i like okay this first clip right here the the truck step down
2:36
super clean super smooth he's just like dialed there but look at this tail whip floats right
2:42
into a foot jam even though he did two hops a lot of people say hey two hops doesn't count
2:47
even though he did two hops with it that was just super clean looks beautiful jacob's underrated for
2:54
sure okay i just want you guys to imagine i've never ridden drunk i've only been drunk like twice
3:02
in my whole life i've never ridden drunk but i just have a story about a friend who was at the
3:07
skate park and he's like he shows up and he's like he's drunk and he's uh you know i ride so much
3:14
better when i'm drunk and he's just cruising around this dude was usually pretty good he's
3:17
cruising around he like just carves the bank completely eats shit hurts his shoulder and then
3:22
he went home and so this seeing this made me think of think of that guy and i was like man
3:27
imagine riding this place drunk like just trying to visualize everything that's going on here is so
3:33
trippy as a viewer could you imagine riding that like have you guys ever ridden the skate park at
3:37
night time you're riding at night and you can't tell where the quarter starts to come in so you're
3:42
just kind of guessing and you're feeling it out that's got to be what it's like here you don't
3:46
actually know where the transition is and everything you're just you're really guessing
3:51
like this is a this is a mirror it looks like the spongebob episode where they're like in the future
3:56
you know future uh spongebob it's like they're riding the future krabby patty it's so sick
4:02
but respect for being able to do that this is a funny meme okay this we just went from some crazy
4:14
glass skate park to this but look at how clean it's not the most folded table but i mean damn
4:20
is pretty good just a smith hard 180 like that is hard obviously smith hard 180 is very hard
4:27
but popping up with enough time like he's in the air to fold that table this is
4:34
mad impressive to me that's way cooler than a triple tail whip way cooler way harder than a
4:41
triple tail because you have to have so much precision with this smith you have to get on
4:47
there and it's a short smith too like he's on there for half a second he's on and then he pops
4:51
off and he pops up high enough to fold the table unbelievable and it just let just calm down and watch this good old frisco frisco dirt jumps are the most beautiful this is in denver or outside of denver
5:10
most beautiful dirt jumps in the world it's just god just amazing we got chad curley riding a
5:17
swimming pool like it's a skate park i don't know if you guys have ever ridden a swimming pool but
5:21
it's not easy it the transition like this looks like pretty good transition but that's tight
5:25
transition and everything's smaller you you swimming pools everyone's like wow it's like
5:31
a skate park kind of it's kind of like a skate park but it's tough you have to have skills and
5:37
for him to be able to pop onto that do a quick nose and then throw a bar just takes insane amounts
5:43
insane amounts of talent chad curly's good we all know that so this is from practice before he hurt
5:52
himself on the penny farthing how high do you think that is that's the question here how high
5:57
is that fronny that is insane like i feel like this is kind of set up to mirror his backyard
6:05
setup which is already crazy but they how are they this stuff has to cost so much money
6:13
how are they affording all of that like that setup that roll in
6:18
this is the only way okay this is a hot take this is the only way to make bmx like cool to
6:26
the mainstream because a lot of people see this stuff and like just imagine seeing somebody okay
6:31
some people do stunt shows at um football games and you see it they're like yeah we did
6:40
a stunt show at football game that's cool like do bmx in front of the people that's awesome
6:44
but you think about the people who are not in like the very front row who are like way backing up
6:50
this stuff looks so tiny it looks so tiny like jumping a six foot box jump in front of people
6:56
who are who are a mile i'm not a mile who are really far away is like they're gonna be like
7:02
wow a backflip but now what i'm getting at is this is the way that that's impressive like they whip
7:07
about R Willy and this thing at a Super Bowl show, it's gonna be a whole different story
7:11
Or a football game, it's gonna be a whole different story because bro is flying, literally flying
7:20
I think that there's just some clean technical stuff. I always have mad respect for people who are riding like that And then we got this 12 year old doing a double flip when i was 12 i was just picking my nose and playing with rocks
7:37
and he's doing double flips i can't i just don't understand it
7:43
that the one more thing here how are you gonna hop on a handrail granted it's a wide handrail but
7:51
you're gonna hop on a handrail and just go down it have you guys even ever tried to rail ride
7:59
i maybe i just suck i suck at rail rides i don't like rail rides it's not fun it's not something
8:06
that i'm like hey wow that would be a fun rail to ride and so when somebody sees something like
8:11
this and then pulls it off i'm like you are risking it all is his tires are probably as wide
8:16
as the rail but that's still like the balance man the balance is just crazy and then his friend
8:21
turned into a little seagull there for a minute but and I was not expecting this manual double bar
8:30
there's like a few people that you see do quick manual double bars like this like Chandler Golden
8:35
around here does them all the time and I'm like bro how did you how did you sneak in two bars like
8:40
I can't even comprehend that fast that that was two. Just everyone's doing quick bar spins
8:48
and that was crazy. Here's a good old fronting crash so you can see here he's wishing that he
8:56
was about two foot backwards so that he could land into the resi but he's two foot forwards
9:02
and he's gonna crash. This is like that's a very common front flip thing because if you pop
9:09
too what would it be too late i guess you're just gonna keep floating if your speed's not right you
9:15
just keep on going front flips push you through the corner i did the same thing on like my second
9:20
front flip ever and it was not fun and you're pretty much like he landed it he didn't go
9:26
completely to flat i mean he caught the last little bit of the transition and then here's the
9:31
last clip we did last week from w kaden doing that 1440 craziest thing ever so that was uh some
9:38
of the highlights this week in BMX. I hope you guys enjoyed them. Don't forget to check out the
9:43
riders down in the description. These guys are crazy. They're killing it. And I just, I
9:48
I love BMX. I love to see the progression. Hopefully this video inspires you and we'll
9:52
see you guys in the next one
