June 16th, out for the daily gratitude walk and that chance to reflect on what we're all

grateful for. As you can probably see in the background, another cloudy day in Seattle

but you know what? I'm grateful the fact there's probably a sun on the other side of those

clouds. Today's thought, just try to concentrate on two or three things that you're grateful

for today. Think about them throughout the day and think about how much better your life

is because those things you have in your life could be people, could be things, whatever

but just focus on it throughout the day. And you don't have to write a whole entry into

a gratitude journal, but just focus on those two or three things. And then lastly, when

you go to bed, take a look at that list or just think about it in your head right before

you go to sleep and see if you might sleep better. You never know. I'm that gratitude
