Begonia 'Snowcap': Stem and Leaf Propagation

The thing about plants is that if you know enough about them, you can turn a simple pruning exercise into an opportunity to create more of whatever plant you were pruning. In this case, I wanted to shape my Begonia 'Snowcap' a bit by removing a branch that was a little too far out to the side. But instead of simply throwing it away, I decided to propagate that stem as well as some of the leaves on the stem. Begonias are a great candidate for experimenting with propagation and for newbie propagators because they love to create new roots and form new plants.
