Scary Dive Malfunction at 70 Metres!
Oct 23, 2025
This video details how my CCR died at 240 ft (70 metres) and how I survived the dive. It covers the two underwater failures of my Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) diving electronics; one at 50 metres (164 feet) and the other at 74 metres (240 feet)! I explain how I managed these emergency situations to safely return to surface including the use of the Head Up Display and a full CCR bailout with multi stage gas switching.
