GEORGE’S SPICE MARKET: Here, we met spice vendors and handicraft vendors selling items like handmade sandals and masks. I tried ginger wine, sea moss wine, roasted ginger nuts, honey roasted nuts, sorrel juice, ginger beer, and a sea moss milkshake! BB’S CRAB BACKS: At this seaside restaurant, I met BB and had a delicious Grenadian feast of rice and peas, goat curry, crab backs, bake, fried plantains, papadum, and mango chutney. It was incredible, but the star of the show was the tender and fatty goat curry…or is it curry goat? Where have you been?
