We had stone crab claws with butter sauce and garlic butter, as well as rice and beans and fried fish chicharron. BELIZE CHOCOLATE COMPANY: Here, I sampled some white and milk chocolate, as well as a fantastic burnt caramel ganache! CARAMBA RESTAURANT: At this local spit, I enjoyed more Belizean seafood: fried conch, lobster with garlic butter, stone crab claws, and a rich Oreo cheesecake.
