Group Times into Irregular Intervals with VLOOKUP
In this video, we use the VLOOKUP function to group times into irregular intervals. These intervals are specified in a lookup table so can easily be adjusted in the future. In previous videos, we have used formulas and PivotTables to round and group times in Excel. These methods however have relied on specific intervals such as 30 minutes or 4 hours. In this video, irregular intervals such as 5 hours in the morning, and an 8-hour daytime interval have been set up.
