Rachel Reeves confirms date of 2025 Autumn Budget

It's confirmed! The Autumn Budget will be on 26 November, the Treasury has confirmed, with Chancellor Rachel Reeves admitting the UK economy was “not working well enough” for Britons. Rachel Reeves admitted in a video message that the UK economy was failing “working people”. The Chancellor said “bills are high”, “getting ahead feels tougher” and people “put more in [and] got less out”, though she said the economy was not “broken”.
