If you want to know any more about Craftiosity, use the link below in the description

I'm Christine of Christine's Crafts and this channel is dedicated to crafting on a budget
0:16
So what you're going to receive is a box all sealed up in plastic
0:20
Now this box is 10.5 inches by 7.5 inches by 3 inches, so it fitted through my letterbox
0:27
but if it doesn't it is completely sealed. So what do you expect to find in there? A very pretty
0:35
crafty box. It's a nice good quality box and as you can tell it's definitely from Craftyocity
0:44
So when you open it up the first thing you're going to find is that the inside of the box is
0:50
decorated beautifully and it wishes you to have a wonderful craft afternoon and if you
0:58
can share your makes online they'd ask you to use their hashtag and you could even win
1:04
something as a result. So there's some beautiful matching paper in there that's holding all the items in the
1:09
craft box and some paper packaging underneath just so that everything doesn't move around
1:16
too much in the box and nothing can get damaged. So the first thing you find when you get your
1:23
paper open is a very pretty very good quality card If there one thing I say about this box it is that it good quality and that what I found throughout So we can start there So the first thing you get is your welcome
1:38
card telling you what your craft box holds, what your project is this month
1:44
And then there are three really pretty, really good quality cards that are just for inspiration
1:50
You can pin them up to your board, you could gift them to friends, you could post them to people
1:55
Just really nice seasonal cards as you can see. This is from November 2021 so they're just perfect
2:05
The next thing you find is a card telling you all about the free video tutorial that you can access online
2:10
So it gives you the address and it gives you the password
2:14
Then you come to your instruction leaflet and the template. So let's go back to the instruction leaflet
2:22
It's packed full of instructions, full of pictures, hints and tips. This kit is designed for anybody. You don't have to have any experience of doing the craft that's in here
2:34
It's for complete beginners. So I've passed over the template there. There's a little card telling me that there's two pieces of lino instead of one
2:42
It's just to clarify that it may be different to what I was expecting
2:46
So what's in here? There's a red ink pad. Some cute gift tags a gold pen a little tool used for cutting the lino two blocks of lino so we definitely doing some great lino printing here five cards and envelopes a green ink pad
3:14
and the handle that you put the little tool in to cut your lino
3:19
so that's everything that you get in here with some pretty coordinated paper packaging
3:25
So what I want to do is basically show you the quality of this kit
3:31
I've copied my designs over, I've transferred them as per the instructions
3:36
And I'm about to cut the lino with the tool. And the reason I wanted to show this was to show you that it is a proper tool, it is sharp, and it's actually really enjoyable to do the craft
3:48
Some boxes I think you can get poor quality products. products I really felt this was a good tool and I'll definitely have another go
3:56
So I've sped it up just to show you how even though I have no experience of doing this
4:03
at all I was able to get started and have a reasonable go
4:10
And then you carry on and you cut all the lino away that you don't want and you end
4:16
end up with all your pieces done and cut out ready to do some stamping
4:21
You end up with a great collection like this and then it's time to do stamping
4:25
So I promised to show you by the end exactly what I made with the kit, nothing extra
4:30
As you can see here you have a little bit of lino left over so you could do some extra stamps if you want to and I sure I will So once you got your stamps made you can use your ink apply it to your stamp
4:46
and then as you can see, I'm going to do a little gift tag. All the instructions are in the box, and place it on
4:55
They give you lots of ideas for designs, but also, of course, you can do exactly what you want
5:00
It's your craft. And there we go, nice little tree And then something I really didn't know about stamping here
5:08
Was you can get your nice gold metallic pen And just draw on the stamp and use that
5:13
Because I've only ever used ink pads on any stamping in the past
5:17
So whilst I'm showing you this I just want to draw your attention to the fact that you can buy individual boxes from Craftiosity
5:25
You can buy boxes that have been in previous months So you can just buy the one
5:30
You could order a subscription of one box or three boxes, six boxes, twelve months boxes as a gift for somebody
5:38
So quite a few options there. So it's worth taking a look at the website. And the link is in the description below
5:44
So I'm going to show you now all the different things that I made out of this kit, which was all the gift tags and the cards
5:52
So I hope you've enjoyed this and I hope it's been useful and allowed you to decide if Craftiosity for you
5:57
In summary, I think it's a great subscription and a good quality box
6:02
I'd love it if you left me some comments below about your thoughts on subscription boxes for crafts and any that you've got experience of
6:10
Thank you
