King Crab Croquettes & Sauce Bearnaise

This recipe was inspired by a recent trip to Paris, France with my partners Taste France Magazine and The French Ministry of Food & Agriculture along with several other content creators from around the world. I participated in a segment called the "Mix & Match Challenge" in witch I had to guess the secretly hidden American and French ingredients in a few different recipes that the chef prepared for me and it was an absolute blast! I pulled some inspiration from that experience and thought it would be a fun idea to do the same on my channel and incorporate my own twist with French and American ingredients and it turned out wonderful!
