One killed and four injured after car crashes into group on lower Manhattan street corner 'including migrants from a nearby shelter'

One person was killed and at least four were injured when a car crashed into a group of people on a street corner in lower Manhattan on Sunday evening. The victims, some of whom were said to be migrants, were on the intersection of East 21st Street and Third Avenue when a grey Hyundai plowed into them around 8pm.
