Adobe reported third-quarter earnings of $5.31 per share, topping analyst estimates of $5.18, according to Benzinga. Revenue reached $5.99 billion, above the $5.91 billion forecast and up from $5.41 billion a year ago. Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen said the company leads in AI creative applications, with AI-influenced Annual Recurring Revenue topping $5 billion and AI-first ARR surpassing its $250 million target. Narayen added that Adobe raised its FY25 revenue and EPS targets, citing customer strategy, AI innovation, and strong go-to-market execution. Adobe lifted its fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to $20.80 to $20.85, above the analyst estimates. The company also raised its revenue outlook to $23.65 billion to $23.7 billion, topping forecasts. Adobe shares rose 3.01% to $361.06 in Thursday’s extended trading, according to Benzinga Pro.
