and as promised I have a guest it
0:03
doesn't happen often but uh it's always
0:05
a special guest in this case it's lelia
0:10
hypnosis hello how are you hello it's
0:13
been way too long I know I know I I I
0:17
think we say this every time oh it's
0:19
been
0:20
ages because there are usually a few
0:23
gaps in between uh the times we get to
0:26
talk so Leia hypnosis let's first of all
0:30
explain that's not your real name that
0:32
isn't but but again last time we
0:35
mentioned you mentioned that I should
0:36
change my name to a hypnosis I have been
0:39
contemplating this idea but I don't
0:41
think I will maybe not hello Mrs
0:44
hypnosis that music but um listen I
0:48
suppose we ought to explain exactly what
0:50
it is you do for our first time listener
0:54
for instance that has never heard us
0:55
talk about this before right so I am
0:58
Leia Leia rzi and I am a clinical
1:02
hypnotherapist and RT
1:04
therapist and I treat all sorts of
1:08
disorders mental health issues physical
1:11
issues migraines and so on and I know
1:14
that hypnotherapy has this kind of
1:18
mysterious image of people feel a little
1:21
bit scared and worried and actually
1:24
causes them to to not ask more about
1:28
what what can I do how can I heal myself
1:30
with hypnotherapy so I wanted to explain
1:31
a little bit and take that fear away
1:34
from any of you listeners uh because
1:37
it's actually a an incredible way of
1:39
relieving yourself and actually we go
1:41
into a hypnotic trance every single day
1:45
so when you get to sleep we go into
1:48
different brain frequencies so right now
1:49
we're in high beta we're all energized
1:52
we're active and our brain is
1:53
functioning and we're working and then
1:55
throughout the okay maybe not douy kind
1:57
of like I'm very relaxed I am my element
2:00
chilled I ain't doing nothing um but we
2:03
go into different brain frequencies and
2:05
we naturally go into one of them is
2:07
called Theta and that puts you into a
2:08
very relaxed State just before you go
2:11
into a deep sleep so your body our
2:13
bodies know how to relax themselves and
2:16
to go into these beautiful relaxing
2:18
transes so that's what I do I with my
2:21
clients bring them into a natural
2:24
calming and very peaceful transan likee
2:27
State this is called feta and uh as my
2:30
client is laying there they remember
2:33
everything you're completely aware of
2:35
what's going on that's another thing you
2:36
know with stage hypnosis that people
2:38
think oh she's going to turn me into a
2:40
chicken brilliant example or the one
2:42
falling falling in love with a lampost
2:44
is always wonderful I can't make you
2:47
give me your your car keys or anything
2:48
like that you remember everything about
2:50
the session and so then we are because
2:53
you're in this relaxed and peaceful and
2:54
very open and Serene State we were a lot
2:57
more aware and conscious of the the
2:59
things that we bury beneath us
3:02
emotionally speaking so in childhood you
3:04
know there are different things that
3:06
happen throughout our life life isn't
3:07
always easy and pain exists that's part
3:10
of it right and loss and grief and and
3:13
depression and so on and so we do
3:16
repress a lot of stuff because we feel
3:18
that this is the way to to cope and so
3:20
with hypnotherapy it's not that we bring
3:22
all this bad stuff up we figure out why
3:25
do I have anxiety why am I addicted to
3:30
alcohol why I do I have road rage and
3:33
and all of these issues that we can't
3:35
pinpoint we can't sometimes it's not
3:37
obvious for why we have a certain issue
3:39
or or an obsession with with sweets
3:41
right but we can figure that out when
3:44
you're in this relaxed State you're a
3:45
lot more open and then we can also
3:47
because you're open we can then redirect
3:50
your thoughts into a healthy and
3:53
balanced pattern so we're basically
3:55
reprogramming your mind but it's not me
3:58
manipulating a person's mind it's the
4:00
person the client you The Listener who
4:03
makes a choice and what they what do you
4:05
want from your life I don't want to
4:07
drink ever again okay great we're going
4:09
to use that and figure out why you first
4:11
start drinking what is that need why is
4:14
there that dependency and then reprogram
4:16
your mind with their words with your
4:19
words dear listener so it's actually a
4:22
wonderful experience I've never had a
4:23
client leave a session and say oh that
4:25
was rubbish I feel so stressed right now
4:28
no everyone is always even more relieved
4:31
and some of the some of the things that
4:33
I some of the issues that I work with I
4:34
mean I have literally worked with so
4:37
many different issues but the biggest
4:39
ones are looping negative thoughts which
4:42
a lot of us have uh recently has been a
4:45
lot of grief and parenting so I think I
4:48
brought this up last time in our
4:50
interview that uh you know I had a lot
4:53
of I had a lot of parents that came and
4:55
because the parent came to see me and
4:57
had a hypnotherapy session afterwards
5:01
their children had they affected them
5:04
positively it's not going to effect yeah
5:05
because we don't allow certain things we
5:07
have if we have clearer boundaries and
5:10
we we don't get triggered as much we're
5:12
not as reactive with our children and so
5:14
our children respond much more
5:16
positively towards us and it just
5:18
creates this beautiful connection and
5:20
beautiful Bond and so that's another
5:22
thing that uh I've been working on a lot
5:24
with with my clients and weight wow it's
5:28
weight reduction is is Big at the moment
5:30
I think also with January you know
5:32
everyone sets their positive intentions
5:35
of and I'm saying as you may have
5:36
noticed I'm not saying losing weight I'm
5:39
saying reducing weight uh or discarding
5:42
it because when we think of the word
5:44
loss it's a loss you know our friend our
5:47
brother our sister someone died we lost
5:50
our keys we lost it's it's a negative
5:52
but if you're trying to lose weight you
5:55
don't want that to be a negative you
5:56
want that to be a positive so we need to
5:58
change the way we what words we use so
6:01
I've been I've been reducing some weight
6:03
I've I've uh reduced fat or any of these
6:06
things so wording and the words that we
6:08
use in our vocabularies is is so
6:11
important so it's not just that I give a
6:14
session on hypnotherapy it's a whole
6:16
package of support throughout the month
6:19
the session free hypnotic audio
6:21
personalized hypnotic audio continuous
6:23
WhatsApp service so if you're about to
6:25
have a panic attack or some difficult
6:28
situation you can either what me or send
6:30
me send me an audio or even a call so it
6:33
really is I really want to give my
6:36
clients the best outcome possible and
6:39
throughout that time that we spend
6:41
together or that we communicate I'm
6:43
coaching you you know it's not just the
6:45
session that will give you that freedom
6:48
it's also everything else attached to
6:49
that we need to become a lot more aware
6:52
of our thoughts and how we speak to
6:54
ourselves and others so I feel like that
6:57
that summarizes what I
6:59
much I feel like I've been speaking for
7:01
a while now D it's your turn your okay
7:04
so look um how long before you start
7:07
seeing results so that really depends on
7:11
each person the amount of trauma or no
7:14
trauma and uh how receptive they are
7:17
their willingness or how motivated you
7:20
are but I've had people for examp I'm
7:22
using alcohol because it is just
7:25
something that a lot of us do I don't
7:27
drink but okay um so I've had clients
7:30
that the day that they came in for a
7:33
session they stopped drinking so that's
7:35
not always the case sometimes I need to
7:37
do several sessions and the first one
7:40
isn't about removing the addiction to
7:43
alcohol but it's more what's underneath
7:45
that because there is something there
7:46
with addiction it's I don't feel good
7:48
enough I'm not worth it uh anxiety
7:51
insecurity lack of self-worth blah blah
7:53
blah blah blah the list goes on right so
7:55
we don't just drink for one reason or we
7:57
don't just do certain negative habits
7:59
for one reason there's loads of reasons
8:02
so then I will work on that one session
8:04
and remove like the the the heaviness
8:07
out of all of that and then in the next
8:08
one we focus on okay now we're going to
8:11
focus on not drinking alcohol you know
8:13
so I've had clients that uh respond very
8:17
very rapidly and others that it might
8:18
take two to three weeks but you tend to
8:21
notice a difference after a week that's
8:24
what I would say excuse me I am hitting
8:26
the microphone s me
8:29
anyway usually I would say about a week
8:33
yeah just to kind of give
8:35
approximate time frame okay cool yeah
8:38
well listen we'll be back with more and
8:40
uh by the way if you've got any
8:41
questions you would like to ask Leia by
8:44
all means do you can get us on WhatsApp
8:46
6844 584 if it's something you're
8:48
interested in uh then bring it
8:51
on Bay
8:53
radio.fm it's B radio International this
8:55
is Doug E for a Thursday afternoon and
8:57
my special guest today is is Leia
9:00
hypnosis hello hello now where were we
9:03
just a moment ago where did we get to I
9:05
mean I I barely remember what I did a
9:07
minute
9:08
second incredible question I think I was
9:11
explaining uh the setup of how I give
9:14
hypnotherapy sessions how long it takes
9:16
that's it we gave an approximate time
9:18
frame of how long it takes for you to
9:20
notice a difference however I'd like to
9:22
just clarify that if you have depression
9:26
uh or you're grieving grief is something
9:29
saying that you can't accelerate that
9:32
process you you can improve right your
9:34
your state of mind and how you're
9:36
feeling but if you've just lost someone
9:39
you shouldn't really Rush that and I
9:41
tend to recommend that I always asked
9:43
like how long has it been and so on um
9:47
but it depends on each different uh
9:50
issue and mental health disorder or
9:52
illness so if youve if you've got
9:55
migraines the migraines might stop
9:57
instantly or they might stop after a few
9:59
days or but it never it never goes
10:01
further than 3 weeks so just thought I'd
10:04
clarify that and um talking of grief yes
10:09
yes now last time we spoke you were
10:12
going through it yourself yes so do you
10:15
do you manage to heal
10:17
yourself when you're feeling par
10:21
particularly grief stricken I I think
10:23
you lost a very close friend didn't you
10:25
I did I I have it wasn't even that long
10:27
ago and I'm sure a lot lot of you knew
10:30
him I mean everyone knew him I don't
10:31
know if it's okay for me to mention in
10:33
this area yeah his name but it was Paul
10:35
ging Paul callow and he was an
10:38
incredible incredible guy but uh what
10:41
what I think the biggest thing for me
10:43
was I'd never experienced that kind of
10:45
grief before right so I feel it's my
10:49
duty as a as a therapist that is
10:51
treating other people for these issues
10:53
to be able to feel that myself so in the
10:57
beginning when this all happened I
10:58
thought I'm taking this really well this
11:00
isn't normal that I'm dealing with this
11:02
because I was supporting you know all
11:04
our friends and family and so on I was
11:06
trying to anyway I thought oh this is a
11:09
bit weird I'm dealing with this way too
11:10
well maybe I'm super healed that must be
11:12
the reason and it wasn't it was just a
11:14
delayed response and then it hit me and
11:17
I fell into quite a deep depression
11:19
actually and I can I actually wanted to
11:22
mention this because um as therapist I'm
11:25
a human being and I am very flawed but I
11:29
am authentic enough to be able to say
11:31
I'm a recovering addict and have had my
11:33
ups and downs and that makes me human
11:37
but you know people have this
11:39
expectation that uh a a doctor or a
11:42
therapist or a hypnotherapist you aren't
11:44
a doctor right but that we have this
11:46
image of perfection no I grieve and I
11:49
have my ups and downs and I've had
11:50
relapses you know and and I'd like to
11:53
just share that because I feel it it we
11:56
we Bond more we're able to trust more
11:59
more when we have our therapists being
12:01
that open that vulnerable and being able
12:03
to say do you know I was I was really
12:05
bad in in that in that time that I'd
12:07
lost him however because of the amount
12:10
of wisdom that I've gained and and
12:13
continuously studying um about therapy
12:16
and the mind and so on I was able to
12:19
find acceptance much quicker than I
12:21
thought and now I can look back at this
12:25
this person at Paul and I can have a
12:28
laugh and imagine him not imagine him
12:31
actually sitting next to me but laughing
12:33
I can hear his laughter and it brings me
12:35
so much joy or when I'm painting a
12:37
painting then I I hear a little comment
12:39
or a cheeky little comment or something
12:41
funny or a song and it just before that
12:44
it used to you know make me burst into
12:46
tears and I'm sure a lot of you
12:47
listening will have experienced this but
12:50
it we need to integrate the people that
12:52
we lose cuz it is just part of life we
12:56
live and we die and we have to accept
12:58
that we can't run away from that we
13:00
can't cling on to the people we love
13:02
most especially our children cuz then
13:03
we're going to suffocate them and
13:05
they're going to want to run away from
13:06
us anyway so I I would love to share a
13:11
poem that is actually from the series
13:14
afterlife from Ricky ja but originally
13:18
the author of this poem is called Mary
13:21
Elizabeth fry and I've posted this on
13:24
Instagram and it's just so beautiful and
13:26
when I heard this poem the first time I
13:28
always burst into tears but I'll I'll
13:31
read it to you so just have a little
13:34
listen okay do not stand at my grave and
13:38
weep I'm not there I do not sleep I'm a
13:42
thousand winds that blow I'm the diamond
13:45
glint on snow I'm the sunlight on
13:48
ripened grain I'm the gentle Autumn rain
13:52
when you awaken in morning's hush I am
13:55
the Swift uplifting Rush of quiet birth
13:58
words and circled flight I am the soft
14:01
stars that shine at night do not stand
14:04
at my grave and cry I'm not there I did
14:07
not
14:09
die powerful stuff right yeah I remember
14:12
that now in in afterlife yeah good
14:15
series it's a great series that got me
14:17
through a lot of that H will do we will
14:19
do so yeah I feel I've I've learned a
14:22
lot and I have a lot of acceptance and I
14:24
have so much more empathy and compassion
14:27
for my clients so now I can really feel
14:31
what it feels like to be in so much pain
14:34
you know and I know what I can say and
14:38
do and recommend actually having lived
14:41
that rather than just another person
14:43
giving someone who's grieving a
14:45
suggestion but they don't actually know
14:46
what they're feeling so okay um I've got
14:50
a message here says um hi Leia um it
14:54
says are there any self hypnosis
14:56
techniques or practices that we can
14:59
incorporate into our daily lives for
15:01
personal develop development there are
15:03
actually that's a really good question
15:06
um so you can actually hypnotize
15:09
yourself I've got a lot of free hypnotic
15:11
audios on my website so go and have a
15:13
look at that and you can just download
15:14
them and on YouTube Leia hypnosis and
15:17
there's loads on YouTube anyway not just
15:19
from me but I mean
15:23
hypnotic I think what you can do in the
15:25
morning because you're just Awakening
15:28
and you're still in a uh in a different
15:31
brain frequency you're not so high alert
15:33
and you're thinking about all the debts
15:34
and the problems and the stuff in your
15:36
daily life what you can do is
15:38
immediately think of the things that
15:41
fulfill you and start a gratitude list
15:43
that's very basic what I've done on my
15:46
mirror for example every week I change
15:48
what I've written on my mirror so my son
15:51
is now a goalie in a football club and
15:53
he loves it but he gets stressed out and
15:55
gets anxious and so on the mirror I have
15:57
now put all the things and I know he
15:59
would want to hear why I ask him so
16:01
we're constantly what you could do dear
16:04
listener is constantly be aware of your
16:07
thoughts and that's really difficult to
16:09
do but anytime you have a negative
16:11
thought or you notice that you're
16:13
spiraling you're you need to stop
16:15
yourself and you we can do that we just
16:17
think we're incapable because the
16:19
thought keeps coming back but you we
16:20
need to distract ourselves redirect
16:22
we're like little puppies who constantly
16:24
need to be distracted and brought back
16:26
to this moment another Rec
16:28
recommendation is and I'm sure you've
16:30
heard it a million times um is being in
16:33
the moment and it does get a bit tiring
16:35
to hear that when I hear that like okay
16:38
how do you how how do you do that but
16:40
what I mean is just be here don't have
16:43
any music on or listen to some calming
16:46
beautiful music and just take a look
16:49
around your living room for example feel
16:52
the sofa if you're in a moment where
16:54
you're feeling overwhelmed or something
16:56
like that you need to Center yourself
16:57
and ground yourself put both your feet
16:59
on the floor and be kind to yourself I
17:02
think one of the biggest problems is
17:04
that we speak to ourselves in in a quite
17:07
a negative way sometimes not everyone
17:09
I'm sure a lot of you are very positive
17:11
and have a lot of self-confidence but in
17:13
moments of weakness or in moments of of
17:16
when we have issues we tend to allow
17:18
these negative thoughts to to run wild
17:21
and we just need to continuously be
17:23
conscious of the thoughts that we have
17:25
and the images that come up in your mind
17:28
so I would actually recommend that you
17:30
start visualizing even if it's just for
17:33
a few seconds or a few minutes integrate
17:36
that into your daily life and you'll see
17:38
how a lot of the things that you
17:39
visualize are actually coming true and
17:42
because I believe in the Law of
17:43
Attraction the law of vibration and so
17:45
on and it's not woo woo it genuinely is
17:47
you might have I might have thought of
17:49
you earlier today and then I get a call
17:51
from you I'm like oh my God that's so
17:53
weird it's not weird it's because I've
17:56
attracted you with my energy
17:59
so that's what I would do Daydream as
18:01
much as you can just not whilst driving
18:03
or
18:04
working okay well look um we'll take
18:08
another break just quickly and we'll be
18:11
back for a little bit more in just a
18:13
moment but first of all we've got our
18:14
soundra sound of Spain from Sophia Reyes
18:18
that's coming up
18:20
next Bay radio. FM it's spay Radio
18:24
International and uh today we're
18:27
chatting with Leia hip nois how are you
18:29
how you been I am Dandy yeah what You'
18:32
been up to though lately cuz you've been
18:34
very busy cuz you're not just a a
18:37
therapist you're you're an artist as
18:39
well I know how how on Earth do you cram
18:42
everything into your day I have no idea
18:44
and I'm a single parent exactly exactly
18:47
I almost forgot that part of it I know
18:50
however my my son is an angel so he's
18:52
he's easy easy to work with do you know
18:56
what I have been doing I've been working
18:58
on a I've been doing hypnotherapy
19:00
sessions with passion obviously but I'm
19:03
also an abstract artist and so I've
19:06
Incorporated the whole
19:09
conscious mind subconscious healing into
19:13
my art so every painting has encrypted
19:17
messages of positive intentions all the
19:20
things that I want for everyone around
19:22
me right cuz I actually I I I want
19:24
everyone to be at peace and happy
19:27
because then there would be Harmony but
19:28
we know that's not possible but I can do
19:31
my best to inspire and help and guide as
19:34
many people as I possibly can and if I
19:36
can do that with my creative side as
19:37
well I mean then this is a jackpot so
19:39
I've actually been booked by a a big
19:42
American company a running they do uh
19:45
running gear for durable clothes and uh
19:49
I've I designed the the the last uh 2026
19:53
collection so I will get back to you in
19:55
2026 and I hopefully give you some
19:57
leggings and a jacket
19:59
with my designs on them I love that
20:01
brilant sure I could pull it off you
20:03
could you should see the colors they're
20:05
really bright as well well I've seen
20:07
your work and and they are very bright
20:11
they are and do you know what do you
20:12
know what though I can actually just see
20:14
them on on a sports brand you know
20:16
perfect yeah they they they are it is
20:18
very unique that that's a good thing
20:20
right we have to be authentic and unique
20:23
and I fortunately I I found that because
20:25
I actually used to be a really insecure
20:27
person and that's why had all these
20:28
addiction problems and anxieties and and
20:31
so on and so it's it's it's actually
20:35
very just a wonderful feeling of of of
20:39
peace that I have that I can be my mad
20:41
and and quirky and hilarious self and
20:45
integrate that into helping people on a
20:47
therapeutic level which is quite serious
20:49
it's serious work I know when to be
20:51
serious and when to make my jokes
20:53
obviously but that I'm able to have two
20:56
jobs and both of them I love with a
20:58
passion never thought that was possible
21:00
as a child so I I hope all of you get
21:03
the privilege to do do something that
21:05
really fulfills you cuz it work isn't
21:07
really work um yes if I have a client
21:10
I'm like oh good I'm going to wake up
21:12
and I have to put a suit on and but
21:14
actually I love it I love it when
21:16
they're there in front of me I enjoy
21:18
every single moment so I'm really
21:21
blessed anyway this interview wasn't
21:23
about how Dandy my life
21:26
is i' I'd like to ask you now there's
21:29
bound to be somebody here that's going
21:31
right I know exactly what I need to do I
21:33
need to get in contact with Leia because
21:36
I've got this that or the other anxiety
21:39
whatever there's some Hang-Ups that I
21:40
need to get rid of or addiction even
21:43
yeah how can people get in touch with
21:45
you so uh you can go to my website
21:48
leelah hypnosis.com I've got uh free
21:52
hypnotic audios on there or you can just
21:54
go straight to booking and book a
21:56
consultation call with me you you can
21:58
contact me through WhatsApp the number
22:00
is on my website social media Instagram
22:03
Facebook I think that's pretty much the
22:06
main one in fact you're quite you're
22:08
everywhere I am everywhere I make sure
22:10
of it you will never forget me yes now
22:13
just very quickly um what are the things
22:16
you get asked most about
22:20
this
22:22
um what I get asked most is the question
22:27
about the am am I in control am I going
22:31
to be out of control will I remember
22:33
this and you will remember if you have a
22:37
hypnotherapy session with me anyway I
22:40
don't know how other other
22:41
hypnotherapists work you will remember
22:44
the entire session you might go into a
22:46
deep sleep but because I make a hypnotic
22:50
audio right at the end when you go into
22:53
that deep sleep you'll hear everything
22:55
that I say in that time because I'm
22:56
recording it right M so um another
23:00
question would be uh how how quickly
23:05
we've already answered that one how
23:06
quickly does does it work remotely does
23:10
yes it works that's the question that's
23:12
what I get asked the most it does work
23:14
remotely because I have a lot of clients
23:17
internationally if someone in Peru and
23:20
Canada and everywhere so it works
23:23
exactly the same but if you're a person
23:25
you know some people don't trust do it
23:28
online because they prefer face to face
23:31
or they prefer just having that that
23:34
presence I suppose but yes it works the
23:37
hypnotherapy sessions work exactly the
23:39
same in person as they do online I do my
23:41
sessions through through zoom and it's
23:44
all very easy and very relaxed you're
23:49
not going to I'm never going to bring my
23:51
client let's say that you you have PTSD
23:53
or you have had a trauma that you don't
23:56
want to go back to but you want to
23:57
relieve yourself and heal yourself from
23:59
this event we don't need to go back to
24:03
that awful event to be able to releve
24:06
you from it right there are loads I know
24:08
so many different techniques and
24:09
different tricks and different things
24:11
that we can use in the session to be
24:13
able to redirect and reprogram um what
24:17
we feel about that trauma right so one
24:20
of them could be You' you've had a car
24:21
crash and it was quite serious and now
24:24
you don't want to drive on motorways
24:25
anymore or you don't want to drive at
24:27
all anymore so we have to go back to the
24:29
crash but we can go back to what um what
24:33
belief you created about that event and
24:37
then change that so I adapt my sessions
24:40
to every single person that's why I
24:42
always send them uh quite a detailed
24:44
form uh to figure out to not to not
24:47
cause them any harm right my intention
24:49
is and I've never I've never caused any
24:52
of my I've not not had any client that
24:54
has ever complained I've only ever had
24:55
positive feedback and if there hasn't
24:58
been I've offered a free session so you
25:00
know it's my intention is always pure so
25:03
if you do want to get in touch you can
25:05
just go directly to my website because
25:06
there's all my info on there on Leah
25:08
hypnosis.com speaking of um positive uh
25:12
reactions to what you do I have a
25:15
WhatsApp here and it says hi dougy I was
25:17
a client of leas and I'd like to say how
25:20
fantastic she is I still use her
25:22
personalized recordings now and she sent
25:25
me so many useful links and checks in
25:27
with me regularly can she help someone
25:30
dealing with grief and how might she go
25:33
about this we already covered the grief
25:34
thing but um certainly that's something
25:36
you do it's James referred to her by by
25:39
her by uh as
25:42
olle
25:43
James
25:45
King yes oh bless um yes so with W with
25:50
grief it depending on on when that loss
25:53
was I feel that it's important to have
25:55
you know a few weeks to give that person
25:59
time to recover um and then it really
26:02
depends on each person and how grief
26:05
stricken they are or what their biggest
26:06
concern is or what their biggest issue
26:09
is I mean we know that it's grief and
26:12
it's the loss of that person that's the
26:13
biggest issue but I mean how does that
26:15
affect you in your day-to-day life so I
26:17
would I would really not be able to give
26:19
you a clear answer on that because I
26:20
would adapt that to each individual
26:23
person however as you now now know that
26:26
I've experienced this as as well I know
26:28
that I I I can sense what a person needs
26:33
when I speak to them and I try and adapt
26:35
each each talk and each uh hypnotherapy
26:39
session to their needs so no session is
26:41
the same but thank you for that uh dear
26:45
dear James I really appreciate it well
26:47
you got you got lots of fans we know
26:49
this we know this anyway look it's been
26:52
great talking to you thank you anything
26:54
else you need to add before we sign off
26:57
no I just want to say I'm proud of
26:58
myself because usually I would do about
27:00
a million different accents and I didn't
27:02
this time well I did about 10 well we
27:05
were talking about that earlier and how
27:07
how possibly inappropriate it might
27:09
might turn out yes oops I nearly did it
27:12
again nearly did it but listen it's been
27:14
great to see you again let's not leave
27:16
it so long next time no I will be back I
27:19
will be back I will be
