Taking A Round-Trip With A Tesla Robotaxi in Orlando Florida

We took a ride in Tesla's newly launched unsupervised Robotaxi service in Orlando, Florida! Tesla’s current driverless "green zone" is highly restricted to an area just north of Orlando International Airport (MCO)—meaning it doesn't quite reach the airport terminals or the major theme parks just yet. Because of these strict geographic limits, we took a quick round-trip that lasted less than 10 minutes each way. Following our previous driverless tests with Waymo, we wanted to see how Tesla’s camera-only approach handles Central Florida’s airport corridor traffic without a human driver or safety monitor behind the wheel.
