Tiny wireless bluetooth headphones and earbuds are all the rage ever since Apple introduced the AirPods, but they don't all work very well or sound very good. V4INK offers up its own variation on the mini wireless headphones with the TEANA and it turns out there's a lot that the company got right! Most importantly, they're easy to pair with each other and connect with your Android or iPhone. A win.
There are, however, some other issues that tech expert Dave Taylor of https://www.AskDaveTaylor.com/ found when he put the V4INK TEANA through its paces with music and hands-free phone calls, as he explains in this detailed video review. Still, for the price, they might be a great choice for you, as also explained.

0:02
you can forget you're wearing them are
0:04
they worth listening to

[Music]
0:13
though Dave Taylor here and this time I
0:16
want to look at wireless headphones I
0:18
look at them I think earbuds whatever
0:20
you can call them whatever you want
0:22
today we're looking at the V4 Inc Tiana
0:26
and they're these teeny tiny little guys
0:29
they're actually really pretty slick
0:31
they're Bluetooth they come in pairs and
0:35
basically you actually pair it with your
0:37
device uh you can use Android you can
0:40
use an iPhone whatever you prefer you
0:42
can use any Bluetooth device actually
0:44
and once they're paired you just put one
0:46
in each ear push the button and you're
0:49
listening to music Here's what also is
0:51
cool is that you can also use these for
0:53
phone calls and that gets a little bit
0:55
into the like Secret Service okay we
0:58
have Angel one on the front steps you
1:01
know which that's kind of fun but the
1:03
point is is that no one sees that you're
1:05
wearing these which makes them sort of
1:07
interesting now they actually have
1:10
sweatproof they're easy to pair and
1:12
honestly this whole category has come
1:14
about in a lot of ways because Apple's
1:17
wireless bluetooth headphones right so
1:20
they said this is a legitimate category
1:22
and boom all these other company showed
1:24
up but there's some pretty interesting
1:26
entries so these the Tiana have 5 hours
1:30
of talk or music time which is a lot
1:33
only takes 2 hours to fully charge it
1:36
and the crazy thing is that they can sit
1:37
on standby for 200 hours that's
1:41
basically fully charged you can have
1:42
them sit for like a week and they're
1:44
still ready to go more than a week
1:45
actually and even better is that if you
1:48
actually disconnect them from the phone
1:50
and forget to turn them off after 5
1:52
minutes of nothing going on they turn
1:54
themselves off that's nice there are
1:56
other Bluetooth devices that I wish were
1:58
that smart
2:00
now the question is how do you charge
2:02
them so first though let me show you
2:04
here's a quick closeup you can see that
2:06
the back actually has there's a button a
2:09
little tiny indicator light and really
2:11
there's not much there it's a teeny tiny
2:14
little thing with some audio
2:15
reproduction and a battery inside so the
2:18
charging happens with this Dock and
2:20
here's a little closeup of the dock on
2:22
the back because it actually connects
2:25
via micro USB so they don't include a
2:28
wall plug and it's okay because if
2:30
you're like me you have a ton of
2:32
different wires I have so many micro USB
2:35
cables I can probably tie them all
2:36
together and I don't know tow up trailer
2:39
or something but I'm not sure that'd be
2:41
a good idea but in any case the way this
2:43
works is that there's two little um
2:46
connectors on the actual earbud you put
2:49
it in Click you put the other one in
2:52
Click and then you plug it into the wall
2:54
and it has little light indicators that
2:56
show you that it's charging and when
2:58
it's done the light indic Ator goes off
3:00
you're good to go you pop them off and
3:02
you're ready to enjoy some music or some
3:05
actual telephone calls now let me tell
3:08
you this they run Bluetooth 4.1 with EDR
3:11
they don't have apx they don't have
3:15
really great sound I mean I don't know
3:17
how to sort of sugarcoat this I actually
3:20
looked at a bunch of other reviews
3:21
online and other people seem to think
3:23
that they have Rich bass and there's a
3:26
lot audio going on but to my ears having
3:29
listened to a ton of different devices
3:31
they're just missing on the low range
3:34
now maybe it's not that big a deal
3:36
certainly when you turn the volume up
3:38
they get richer and richer um but
3:40
they're still bright they're still high
3:42
they're still a little tinny um and a
3:44
lot of that is just the size I mean
3:46
they're just little tiny guys and these
3:48
are not like $900 super engineered
3:51
devices these are much more affordable
3:53
so I'm not a huge fan of the audio
3:56
quality and I also used one and called a
3:59
friend and his comment was it sounds
4:01
okay I can understand what you're saying
4:03
but it sounds a little bit like you
4:05
actually have your head in a box and I
4:07
checked my head was not in a box at the
4:10
time that would have been super weird so
4:14
you know again take that data point you
4:16
can use these for calls you can
4:19
certainly put them in your ears and you
4:20
could listen to music while you're out
4:22
running cuz they are sweat proof and
4:24
everything but don't expect a big rich
4:27
full sound that's just not what these
4:29
have have what they do have however is
4:32
they do have a bunch of accessories
4:34
comes with a micro USB cable pretty
4:36
handy comes with a little carrying case
4:39
for all these gizmos comes with three
4:41
different sizes of these little ear
4:44
hooks that you can put on one and then
4:46
you can actually have the weight of it
4:48
actually held on the top of your ear
4:50
which actually is much more comfortable
4:52
than it sounds and it also comes with
4:54
four extra ear tips that are slightly
4:56
different sizes so if the ones that are
4:58
the default the average size or normal
5:01
size normal I don't know if these don't
5:03
work for you you can try ones that are a
5:05
little smaller or a little bigger to get
5:07
just the right size and just the right
5:09
Comfort level so that's really cool
5:11
comes with all of this stuff very nice
5:14
now speaking a very nice can I ask you
5:17
to click on that subscribe button so we
5:19
can stay in touch awesome great now let
5:22
me tell you one more thing about the V4
5:25
Inc Tiana and that's the price so you
5:28
would look at these and you would say
5:30
pretty nice it's pretty well engineered
5:32
has pretty good sound I'm guessing these
5:34
are probably 100 150 bucks you're close
5:37
they originally were
5:39
$159 on Amazon but there's so much price
5:43
pressure in this market segment there's
5:45
so many companies moving into the
5:47
wireless bluetooth headphones earbuds
5:49
sort of thing that the company V4 Inc
5:52
actually dropped the price down to you
5:54
ready for this 69 bucks so it went from
5:57
159 bucks to 69 bucks that is a pretty
6:01
good discount and for that these become
6:03
really interesting possibilities again I
6:06
can't say they're fantastic sound I
6:08
can't say you're going to say that these
6:10
are the most you know Wonderful audio
6:12
file devices you've ever purchased but
6:15
they work pretty well and they work for
6:17
phone calls and stuff and they are both
6:19
Android and iOS friendly so that makes
6:22
them all a lot of reasons that you might
6:23
want to check these out and as for me I
6:27
think I'm going to put them back in my
6:28
ear Z ears
6:31
plural and turn them on and I'm just
6:34
going to go back to the music so I'll
6:36
catch you in my next video
