Resident's frustration as alarm sounding at Armagh property for over a week

An alarm has been sounding at an Armagh property for over a week, much to the frustration of residents in the area. Armagh I visited Barrack Hill on Tuesday afternoon following reports of the noise. When we visited, the high-volume alarm could be heard at the junction with Georges Street. The reporting person said the alarm has been sounding at the property, which appears to be the old office for Radius Housing, since last Tuesday (August 27).
