Vex explaining birthday - 3

Hey, Galactic fam. So, I'm currently at

a human gathering called a birthday

party, and I need to explain something

before my neuroprocessor overheats. They

brought out this beautiful soft cylinder

of sugar bread, right? It looked

amazing. But then, and I'm not making

this up, they stabbed it. They stabbed

it with tiny wax spikes. And then they

set the spikes on fire. I'm thinking,

"Code red, evacuate. The nutrition is

undergoing combustion, but no one runs."

Instead, they circle the burning food

and chant a repetitive song in perfect

unison. It was terrifying. But here is

the kicker. To stop the fire, the

birthday human leans over and uses their

own respiratory exhaust to blow out the

flames. And then everyone cheers.
