Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat) Your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, teriyaki, etc.) Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps achieve crispiness.
