Essentially, there is no such thing as good or bad. It is a just matter of results whether they were in favor of intended objectives or not. Remember, bad or good teamwork does not represent any characteristics of any of your teammates. It is just that things don't work well as they might plan, or maybe things are getting into worse directions where they shouldn't go. Good teamwork is everyone protecting each other and working for a common goal, where team members work equally to bring success. On the other hand, Bad teamwork is not including everyone equally, which results in no-one winning. This situation generally appears because of wasting time in gossiping or misguiding the other team members and, in some cases, backstabbing own teammates when they need most of the help. The team, emphasizing feelings of distrust, is unfocused and always takes everything personally results in Bad teamwork.
