Too many ways to Learn Teamwork. Nature is one of them. Everything in this Nature - is made up of Five Basic elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. In this series of Learn from Nature, now we will see what we should learn from the Space element of nature. Space element refers to expansion and enhancement. A balanced space element enables you to freely express yourself and feel connected with the world around you. Similarly, as a Team, we should always Learn and Explore to expand our potential, skills, knowledge, and more. The team should practice Big Picture thinking and expand their horizon from day-to-day tasks to think about the larger purpose for what they want to do. The Universe always helps you when you break the barrier. Most of us do not have faith in the Universe, so we don’t ask for help.
