stuffed Quant are the best weekend
0:03
breakfast and this one with smok cheese
0:05
ham and scrambled egg is my favorite
0:08
start by slicing your quason open
0:11
leaving a little hinge and put a slice
0:14
of your smoked cheese there you can use
0:16
any smoked cheese you like or even just
0:19
a normal cheese but I love this one it's
0:21
a smokey cheddar from Aldi and then add
0:24
your ham again any ham that you prefer
0:27
but make sure it's good quality you
0:29
could also use some fried bacon here but
0:32
be sure to drain off any fat otherwise
0:34
it could be
0:35
greasy now make your scrambled eggs
0:38
really simply just with butter melted in
0:41
a sauce pan and then crack in two eggs
0:44
plus a pinch of salt and pepper you
0:46
don't want to add anything else to your
0:48
scrambled eggs here keep it really
0:50
simple cook them until they've got a
0:52
little bit of body you don't want them
0:54
to be too runny for these quants
0:56
otherwise they'll just drip out um but
0:59
equally you don't want them to be really
1:00
dry so just cook until they can hold
1:03
their own a little bit you could switch
1:05
it up and just use fried egg um but I
1:07
like the softness uh that scrambled eggs
1:11
brings when it looks like this you can
1:13
turn your heat off and stuff into your
1:16
quom just on top now you'll want your
1:18
oven to be preheated to about
1:21
180° and you're just going to pop this
1:23
in the oven for 5 minutes until the
1:27
cheese is melted the croissant is all
1:28
warm and delicious
1:30
don't worry those eggs won't overcook in
1:32
the oven they'll still be beautiful and
1:34
soft so pop in the oven for just enough
1:37
time for you to make yourself a
1:39
delicious strong coffee and it's done
1:42
look at that perfect
