Baked feta pasta with fennel #pastatime

baked feta pasta went viral ages ago

this is my version and I love it and I'm

still making it today you start with

your block of feta in the center of a

pan and surround it with some shallots

just roughly chopped and fennel this is

the key flavor to this dish so instead

of tomato we've got that delicious

anaidi fennel drizzle over olive oil add

pepper and salt pop in the oven for half

an hour or so until it looks like this

meanwhile cook your pasta i used

linguini here then add your cooked

fennel and feta and shallots into your

pasta you can use any type of pasta here

you don't have to use linguini you could

use macaroni like in the viral version

give it a good stir up and then you can

add some basil leaves and together this

flavor combination is just incredible

you've got that creamy salty feta making

that sauce over the whole pasta plus

that rich kind of anaedi creamy almost

fennel and the bright fresh basil it's

just so good and I hope that you try
