Jacob "Joe" Foss Memorial

The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum​ aboard MCAS Miramar dedicates a placard containing the medal of honor that Lt. Col. Jacob Joseph "Joe" Foss earned as a pilot in the Marine Corps.
