Spectacular Blue Fire Show at Ijen Crater This video was taken on August 12, 2013. It was the end of Month Ramadan, as the Muslim people celebrating their Big Day Idhul Fitri. Most of the Sulfur at Kawah Ijen are Muslim, so they had their holiday! Nobody at the mining controlled the fire from the fumarol. As a result the fire had spread down almost to the lake shore.
