How to automate using Amazon Routines! No Software needed!

Home Automation is amazing! I am personally a huge fan of Home Assistant for all my automation needs but it is not a one size fits all solution for everyone. Some people do not have the time or energy to invest in an open source project. Even those, it is getting easier and easier each release, you have to really like it as a hobby to go down this full automation route. But PLENTY of people have a few IOT devices and an Alexa in their homes. If you have that, you have enough to build some really cool automations for your Smart Home using Amazon Routines. In this video, Steve shows us how he uses JUST amazon Routines and some IOT devices to build timed and voice initiated automations in his house. Wake up routines similar to the ones I use to get the kids ready for school except no Home Assistant platform needed.
