CES 2026 was packed with big swings and bigger promises, but only a handful of products truly earned their moment. @PaulAntill shares the best picks from the Tom's Guide team. On the mobility side, the Strutt EV1 turned heads by rethinking the future of personal transport, while LG’s Wallpaper OLED TV proved that great design can still stop you mid-conversation. And if you've ever wanted a robot vacuum that could climb your stairs and clean every floor, the Roborock Saros Rover makes that possible.
For gamers Lenovo’s Legion Pro Rollable concept gave us a glimpse at what an ultrawide laptop could be, while the Libernovo Omni gaming chair gives stretches out and massages your back. We also saw AI move out of buzzword territory and into real products from the surprisingly useful MemoMind One smart glasses to sports tech like the Lumistar Carry, which blends training, data, and automation in a way that actually makes sense.

The SwitchBot OneRow is looking to make that a reality. So it could do a couple of really cool things right now with more features to come as its AI model continues to improve

It's got a bunch of built-in tech here, a ton of sensors, cameras, even a backup camera to help me navigate around safely, either manually or autonomously

I can even set waypoints and custom destinations for favorite points. So for example, if I watch TV in the living room, I can naturally speak and say

It looks like your typical thick boy gaming laptop at first with a 240 hertz 16 inch OLED display, but with a click of a button, it extends its display horizontally up to 24 inches with a 24 by 9 aspect ratio or, if you want, a slightly narrower 21 by 9

But I'm definitely going to be maxing that baby out every single time. I didn't get to demo any gameplay here, but this would definitely be a big step up for playing your immersive and cinematic titles on the go without needing to bring an external monitor
