RUBIO'S EUROPE WARNING! Rubio Praises Germany, Demands Stronger NATO | Times Now World

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio reiterated Washington's call for a stronger Europe on Thursday as he departed Athens, saying stronger individual NATO members would make the alliance stronger. Rubio praised Germany for "stepping up" while acknowledging that some European countries face domestic pressure and are moving at different speeds. His remarks came a day after a speech delivered against the backdrop of the Acropolis, where he highlighted Europe's historical and democratic foundations. Rubio described Greece as a "model ally" and said his visit was aimed at strengthening economic, energy and security ties. He was travelling onward to Portugal, which he described as a cooperative U.S. ally. #marcorubio #rubio #strongerurope #europe #nato #usa #unitedstates #greece #athens #portugal #germany #natoallies #europeansecurity #defence #geopolitics #westernalliance #transatlantic #security #worldnews #timesnowworld Stay connected with Times Now World for real-time global news and analysis: Read full coverage: https://www.timesnownews.com/world Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/timesnow.world Follow us on X: https://x.com/TimesNow_World #timesnowworld #worldnews #breakingnews
