Russia's Investigative Committee said on Tuesday that two teenagers have been arrested in the republic of North Ossetia on charges of preparing a terrorist attack. According to a statement released via Telegram, the suspects had studied bomb-making literature and obtained explosive materials from June 2024 through May 2025. The FSB, Russia’s domestic intelligence agency, alleged the teens were in contact with foreign militants via encrypted messaging apps and had downloaded bomb-making instructions.
