In this short, you will see how useful the S3 Power State is. As you might know that when not using your PC or Laptop, then it start running a Screensaver or goes to sleep mode automatically. In normal S1 power state saves, which is mostly the default Power State on most of computers, saves the power but the S3 state almost saves double of the voltage and power.
