How To Increase Website Traffic using Youtube Cards and End Screen Element "Associated Website"
This is 3rd consistent experiment that I did to drive traffic to my website https://www.theteacherpoint.com/ using Youtube Cards. The idea is simple and clear. As most of my popular videos are of PowerPoint Animation, so the viewer also wanted to download the presentation. Even I have given the download links of all the presentations in the description but most of the people don't click on "Show more..." to see the rest of the detailed description of the video. I still receive comments, people asking me for download links even they are right there in the description. This experiment is a win-win situation for both the viewer/student and The Teacher. I again choose my Top 50 videos and added a new Card Type of Associated Website to all of them. You can associate your website by clicking on Settings in the left side pane of the Youtube Studio.- Then click on Channel - Advanced Settings - scroll down and then click on Advanced Channel Settings. Under "Associated website", you can type your website URL. Keep in mind that you need to verify your website through a verification method to verify that you are the owner of that particular website. Once you have a verified website then you can start adding your Favorite URLs from your website to both the Youtube Cards and Youtube End Screens to redirect your Youtube Viewers towards your website to accomplish a specific task like to download a file, to learn more, to review or buy a product and you name it. ?
