Easy Homemade Mac and Cheese

Homemade mac and cheese is a classic comfort food with a perfect cheesy sauce and a nicely browned crust on top! It is easy to make and delicious with fresh shredded cheese. We use Colby Jack and cheddar, but you can change the cheeses if you like.
