0:14
so we kind of list up the area the
0:18
backdrop and everything because so on my
0:21
blog like I want to say like last year
0:26
November ish I started talking about
0:29
self-care I started talking about my
0:32
session with sleep like I don't know if
0:35
you're anything like me but it's
0:36
important important to get a good
0:40
night's sleep for me I am all of my
0:43
friends no that's not the chronic past
0:45
10 sometimes they know like London's not
0:48
gonna crawl it's 9 o'clock because I be
0:50
in bed I mean I am early to bed early to
0:54
rise
0:54
I'm talking like I'm usually up for 5:30
0:57
ish if it is dependent on my on how many
0:59
times I hit the snooze button and how
1:02
weak I actually went to bed but for me
1:05
as I'm kind of in this whole process of
1:09
taking better care of myself one of
1:12
those things that's important is sleep
1:14
now I happen to get a new I got a new
1:18
bed and thanks to the folks at big fig
1:21
mattress like they sent me a bit and let
1:24
me just tell you the past couple of
1:25
nights I have slept like a freaking baby
1:29
like I can't even describe I'm so comfy
1:33
now one of the things I do like well
1:34
what is big big mattress like why is
1:36
that like so important so basic is the
1:39
mattress for bigger figures go figure
1:43
big stage bigger figures and so I needed
1:46
something that was like firm and soft
1:49
enough on Facebook I had been bitching
1:51
about needing a new big because I was
1:53
just like I was getting clicks in my
1:55
neck I realized that I'm a side sleeper
1:57
and there's special pillows for side
1:59
sleepers did you know that I sure did
2:01
google it pillows for side sleepers and
2:04
there's a website called leg pillow for
2:05
slight side sleepers comm Google you can
2:09
find everything you can't say you can't
2:11
be trying any
2:11
because Google knows worth that anyways
2:14
I got some bamboo pillows I got a new
2:17
bid I got a new bed set and I wanted to
2:21
talk to you a little bit about big figs
2:23
I wanted to invite you to come into my
2:24
bedroom and so you could see the new bed
2:28
before I put together my bed set and I
2:32
got a new bed I got a we call it a
2:34
headboard but that's going to come later
2:36
from another person but I had to tell
2:38
you about the talked a little bit about
2:41
the bed so I'm inviting you to like that
2:44
not that it's done right I'm inviting
2:47
you to my room that's something we're
2:49
gonna go take a look at the bed you
2:51
ready
2:59
[Music]
3:07
but for what space this is look at this
3:12
okay so let me tell you about my bed
3:16
like I'm laying on it and I'm so comfy I
3:18
actually have some notes because I
3:20
cheated because I want to make sure that
3:22
I tell you the right information so they
3:25
address mattress bag so they actually
3:28
have like three inches of high high
3:30
density foam cushioning so it's like 50%
3:34
more denser than the standard foam and a
3:36
mattress in a mattress inner spring
3:38
mattress the standard inner spring
3:40
mattress so for me basically it feels
3:44
like you're not bouncing like bounce
3:47
bounce bounce but you're just like it's
3:50
like I got you the beds like I got you
3:53
that's what the best thing is I got you
3:56
boo because you know I use like moose
3:57
beds you can feel the springs or the
3:58
springs poke you you know how you know
4:01
I'm talking about sometimes and springs
4:02
is get you this bed doesn't and it's
4:05
like really weird because it's soft but
4:07
firm so anyways that's like the then
4:10
the softening or lots of comfort they
4:13
actually have a hybrid construction for
4:16
this bed so it's like a mix of support
4:19
and comfort so when I talk about hard
4:20
and soft it's really awkward and kind of
4:23
really cool so that's that says when I
4:26
talk about the support you know if you
4:28
have a bed that doesn't give you a lot
4:29
of support on they have an inner spring
4:32
system they have fifty percent fifty
4:36
five zero more coils in the average
4:40
premium inner spring mattress on the
4:42
market and it actively pushes back
4:45
against your body weight so that's where
4:48
you feel kind of like extra support like
4:51
seriously like it's kind of funny really
4:55
awkward and funny so tonight's okay um
4:57
and then I've come about the edge
4:58
support I'm going to get up and show you
5:03
so I'm sitting on the edge of the bed
5:06
and I feel like completely supported
5:09
like I don't have like um feeling like
5:14
I'm going to fall off like I see I could
5:16
feel the firmness
5:17
underneath my legs and um let's see and
5:22
then oh and then these if you're
5:25
anything like me you can get really hot
5:26
in bed one thing about the bed is that
5:29
it has like a thermo cooling technology
5:34
and perforated foam so basically kind of
5:36
wicks away the heat so with if you sweat
5:39
it wicks it away it keeps it cool so
5:43
you're not like a gazillion degrees in
5:45
bed and have to wake up like throwing
5:46
the pillows and the blankets off of you
5:48
like it's really comfy and then let's
5:52
see um so the foundation of the best let
5:56
me just tell you the bottom of the bed
6:00
they have the strongest strong the
6:05
strongest foundation so it has like
6:09
sixteen two and a half inch wide slaps
6:12
and then the frame let me tell you the
6:18
frame itself is made from recycled
6:24
railroad feel recycled rural stuff so
6:28
you gonna be hailed boo you don't have
6:30
to worry about them frames that kind of
6:32
bend it apart in the middle you know I'm
6:34
talking about
6:34
and then it's rated it's conservatively
6:38
rated to hold up to two thousand pounds
6:41
the rails the bed frame how about that
6:45
how about that so these are all the
6:48
things oh and it's tested to last 20
6:51
years with published results so they're
6:53
not just saying oh we can last 20 years
6:55
boo they actually have the results to
6:58
prove it you can actually find it on big
6:59
big mattress calm like so they put their
7:03
money where their mouth is
7:04
okay so anyways that gives bed that is
7:08
the bed it's so big it's so comfy and I
7:13
can roll its oh comfy and I feel like so
7:21
grown-up I'm having like a big bed that
7:26
I can like be grown up in
7:28
I could sleep I can sleep and work I can
7:34
just live get my life like you know I
7:37
look forward to getting to my bed at
7:39
night because I'm like yes I've been
7:41
waking up hello late these last couple
7:43
of days because my sleep has just
7:45
totally like improved or maybe my body
7:49
was getting on getting the right sleep
7:51
and it's like now you can rest though I
7:53
don't know what it is these past couple
7:55
of days I've been sleeping amazingly so
7:57
now I'm going to make my bed with my new
7:59
bed set and I'm going to show you the
8:02
end all right here we go
8:10
[Music]
8:30
so I realized that I have to make some
8:34
modifications to my bed set because one
8:39
because now that I got them said I have
8:41
this new headboard that is coming in by
8:45
Vance panels so they like snapless a
8:49
wall so I'm going to do this pants that
8:52
behind me so that a pop I realize that I
8:55
don't like to read sheet sets and I need
8:58
to get more of the black all black own
9:02
euro pillow shams and some blacks to
9:05
break up all this red interestingly
9:07
enough red is not my favorite color blue
9:10
is but this red just seems a little sexy
9:13
you know what I mean just a little grown
9:14
sexy and so but this whole new bed in
9:18
his bed set like had me redoing my
9:21
little bedroom like the layout the
9:24
decorations like I already know like on
9:27
this wall there's this piece of art that
9:29
I want to get this black and silver and
9:31
it's really sexy so I'm really excited
9:34
so as I'm kind of redoing my bedroom I'm
9:38
inviting you to kind of feel of the
9:40
little things that I'm doing first with
9:42
this new bed by this big big big fig
9:46
mattress and then you know I found this
9:48
bed sheet set from Amazon go figure
9:51
and I'm going to get some more on shams
9:54
these are old ones from my other bed set
9:56
so I'm going to switch this out but for
9:59
the most part is my bag and thank you
10:03

10:06
