So this is the smart padlock. I want to do a quick unboxing and overview of it

Basically where I'm going to go ahead and use this is going to be for this little garage over here

It's got this little swinging door handle but the only thing missing would just be a lock

So this is what it's going to go ahead and be used for. So right here

two things I see immediately. One is going to be the charger that's going to be

USB-C. And then down below I'm going to see two keys so these are kind of interesting looking keys they're really thin at the end

thankfully they do have a keychain so I can't lose them and then finally the lock itself

so let's see how oh yeah this has some good heft to it that definitely feels robust

and then underneath there's going to be a few things too one's going to be user manual and

how to actually go ahead and use this and then other thing is going to be like a one

a car tip on how to put the key for the key lock But the most important thing going to be the lock itself so again yeah this thing feels really sturdy at the bottom i see that there going to be two

openings for ports one here is going to be for the usb for the charging and then the other one

can go ahead and go and be put but most important thing would be down over here this is where the

fingerprint sensor is gonna go. So this cap does not come off and this is also

made out of metal it feels like and I could just slide that back into place

Alright so I went ahead and downloaded eSmart Lock. I went ahead and just

registered for account and set everything up. I added this to my smart locks list

and so now what I had to do is just basically add my fingerprint to it and

then this is basically what the home screen looks like so I have a few settings so I can go ahead and unlock it so since I'm next to it I can go and

just press the unlock button although I do have to wake this up so then wake this up I just push this down and then just press it with any finger It light blue and now when I press unlock it goes in and unlocks That really cool

And I can go ahead and, of course, lock it back, and then there. Now I also can go ahead and add more fingerprints, so I just press fingerprint management

And then there, mine's added, so mine's Chris, and if I want to add more, all I have to do is just press the plus button

I can name it whatever I want. I can add fingerprint. And then right here it says start adding a fingerprint

So I have to go ahead and just touch it a few times. So right here. Here's one

two three four and then five And then there now it's loading and now it's done. So now it has both

which is gonna be Chris and ETH that I just randomly named it and now whenever I basically go ahead and use this all I do just put my thumb here

And then there it goes ahead and opens up just like that and I can go ahead and close it

And now this finger is also registered so when I press it same thing turns green and it opens up So that gonna be real convenient over here So all I have to do is just lock it Oh actually put it the wrong way

And now just messing through the app a little bit more, there's gonna be a lot more features

so you can go ahead and see the battery levels, see if the Bluetooth is connected

see if it's locked or unlocked. So right now, of course, it's going to be locked. And then right here, the purple history record

So here you could see unlock records, mobile phone unlock records, fingerprint unlocking record

And right here you can see all the times I went ahead and unlocked it. So it shows it to the second

One more thing to note is if for some reason, maybe the battery died or you forgot your phone

Bluetooth isn't working, you can always go ahead and use the keys. So all you got to do is just open the bottom, place the key right inside

and just go ahead and turn it. And it'll go ahead and unlock. And then if I want to go ahead and lock it back into place, I can push it, and then lock it, pull it out, and there
