So I just got this Octrod heated throw blanket. This is my first heated blanket ever

So I just want to do a quick first impressions of this and see how well this works

So right in the box, first thing we're going to get is going to be the power cable. And then right underneath that is going to be the blanket itself

And oh, there's one more thing. There's going to be some instructions. So here's what the cable looks like. We got the connector for the heated blanket

Right here to go ahead and plug it into wall. And then most importantly is going to be the buttons

So that's pretty cool that I can just go ahead and just switch the settings just over here. And of course, the most important thing is going to be the pillow itself

So it's really tiny because it's shrink wrap over here. And here you can see it just went ahead and stretched out a lot

And yeah, this thing is really fuzzy. It's really furry. It feels really nice

And I definitely am a fan of the plaid and the color. This looks wow

And then look at the back over here. Or in this case, the front. This is so soft on the skin

And if this wasn't heated, just this alone would just be nice regardless

Now as far as size goes, here you can kind of see how big it is. So I can just wrap my body around it

I'm 6 foot, 185 pounds, and it fits me nice and snug

And here's what it goes ahead and looks like on me, like a little burrito. And I can feel the wires in here as well too

That's what's going to go ahead and heat up. And as far as the place where I connect it

I just have to kind of figure out where that is So it nothing on this side Should be on the front side here Yeah so right over here in this corner This is where I go ahead and plug it in just like that So there also is gonna be this plastic on a screen so I can just go ahead and take that right off

So I'll just leave it at one for now now as far as temperature goes It's gonna be the red over here. So the setting is currently at seven and I can increase it up to

on a high setting and this thing feels really nice my chest feels nice and warm so do my legs as well

the couch over here instead all right so here i have it on the couch i just plugged it in up here and realistically how i would use it would be just wrapped it around me like this just sitting down

definitely going to help a lot during the winter months just because down over here it gets pretty

cold so instead of having to wear like a lot of layers you know i can just have this heated blanket
