Our plan has three main parts.
► 1st Part: Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting is a way of eating where you take breaks from eating. Instead of thinking about what you eat, it's about when you eat. It's like giving your body some rest from eating.
During the breaks, your body uses stored energy, like fat, for fuel. This can help you lose weight. But intermittent fasting does more than that. It can make your body work better, lower the risk of diseases, and even make your brain work sharper.
There are different ways to do it, like the 16/8 method, where you don't eat for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour time. Another way is the 5:2 approach, where you eat normally for 5 days and eat fewer calories on 2 days.
► 2nd Part: Ketogenic Diet
A healthy ketogenic diet is about eating in a way that makes your body use fat for energy instead of carbs. Here's how it works:
Low Carb: You eat very few carbs, like bread, pasta, and sugar. Instead, you eat foods like vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
Moderate Protein: You have a medium amount of protein, like meat, fish, and eggs. Too much protein can stop your body from using fat for energy.
High Fat: You eat plenty of healthy fats, like avocados, nuts, and olive oil. These fats are important for the diet to work.
